Great Food and Great Service. The thing that seperates This Del Taco location from 5 stars is that it has no place to plug in my phone while dining in. I’ve never had a bad meal here. One favorite is Carne Asada fries. I sometimes steal a little carne asada, tomatoes and guacamole and put on ctunchtada or other items.

Today is my last day for fast food! I decided to have Del taco in Lemon Grove. I was treated very well as I ordered my food. I brought the whole family and had the fiesta pack and macho fries. Food was fresh and we had a good time eating dinner together. Good place to take the family at a reasonable price for fast food.

This location rocks, they have great deals and a great variety of items to choose from. Amazing prices for a quick meal. When I go drive thru, never a single problem. However when I order delivery…I have had three times where I pay extra for large fries in the burger box but still get the little basic one. I also notice each time this happens, zero sauces. Impossible to get help from the delivery apps regarding these problems so here I am possibly saving someone else the headache. I’m sure everyone is hard at work, but I’m tired of getting snubbed even if it is only a couple dollars. Every dollar counts out here in California

I wanted to try these Epic Tortas at Del Taco. I went to the one located in Lemon Grove. I was helped by Claudia at the drive thru . She was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the 2 Epic tortas of carn asada and chicken bacon ranch. I loved the Carne asada better than the Chicken bacon ranch. The steak was tender, seasoned, and no fat / gristle. The bread was toasted and nice & soft. I enjoyed both tortas. I would definitely try it again. Overall, I’ll give this place a 5 star rating.

This place has truly gone down hill. I came in and ordered a number 10 epic burrito combo. She asks “medium or large?” I say, what ever is on the menu. She replies “small”. I reply ‘oh, you didn’t mention that.’ Now, at this point, I’m willing to let it go as it’s a minor issue. And, of course, this is how these places upgrade you without you knowing. But then she cops an attitude by saying “Jesus Christ” like I did something wrong for asking. That just pisses me off now. And, I will admit I can be a real jerk sometimes. But when some overpaid fast food jockey gives me attitude… they deserve my disrespect. I should have just canceled the order and walked. I regret not doing it now.
This is the mess they served me. I’m almost afraid to eat it. What a dam mess. The sad thing is that the drive through was empty and I was the only customer in the place. So the least they could do is make it right. I had to go was my hands again after eating. I came apart in my hands.

Ordered 2 birria tacos and they gave me a birria quesadilla. It’s soggy and floppy and disgusting. Was also a bone in there. Was fun biting into that! UPDATE AND A BONE IN THE GRILLED CHICKEN TACO!!!!

They have gotten my orders wrong 2 times and I’ve only come here 4 times. Today was the 2nd time just now, I asked for an 8 layer veggie and got a classic grilled chicken instead to top that off the cashier didnt give me a reciept. I called they told me to bring the burrito back, I did and they made a veggie one but not before having me wait 10 mins while they finished everyone else’s order. When I got the burrito it was a mess, they gave me enough ranch sauce for a small village, and it was cold. Horrible management, the workers are lazy or high, and forget the drive thru you will be waiting 30+min to order just a taco and another 30+min to actually get it. Never going here again. (Photo= Keep in mind I took off about 3 spoonfuls of sauce)…p.s. I was sitting waiting in drivethru and saw a worker chewing their nails didn’t wash and started preparing food, yuck.
