Today I order 2 bean and cheese burrito 2 epic chicken burritos those where so little that literally my hand was bigger . They looked like microwave burrito size.. to spent like almost 20 for this it’s ridiculous they hardly had any chicken and the beans and cheese look like a microwave bean n cheese burrito. I never had a problem till now. I used to come every day well like 3 times a week but after this experience I might just go get lunch elsewhere.

Posted hours say 9 pm. Doors are closed and locked between 8:30 and 8:45.

Staff look you in the eye and say they’re closed. Clocks clearly read pre-9pm.

Customer service was non-existent. I ordered two chicken quesadillas, and there was no chicken. I was famished, so I ate one and took the other one back. I told them they got the order wrong and asked for two more. They gave me only one. Yes, I did eat one, but Del Taco is the one who got the order wrong, and they should be bending over backwards to please the customer. Last, they never apologized for messing up the order. While I cannot say that I will never go back, I can say that Del Taco moved to the bottom of my list

I’ve got food poisoning for eating burritos last night from this location. Completely ruined my del taco eating experience. Both Burritos epic & beans & cheese had hardly any cheese or meat but all beans. I would not recommend this location. (Also They forgot taco)

It’s 7:30 PM, the dining room’s already closed for service, and now I’m stuck in the drive-thru for two app orders. Just saw a young guy in a wheelchair try to get in… awful!

UPDATE: 2/1/2025 4 AM – Placed an app order and no one is at the store! Lights are on but no one’s home. Called the number listed on the emailed receipt, and that’s off too. Terrible service lately.

Very rude about not having sour cream and tried to tell me to use avocado instead, but then wanted to charge me for it…. came for 3 tacos with sour cream, but paying almost 5$ for one taco with avocado

They are allways extremely busy. Yet they make a great effort to provide fast & friendly service.
The food is tasty & did I mention FAST.

Cold food, wrong order, and bad service. The floors were sticky and stained, the restaurant felt dirty, and there are always homeless people hanging around, making it uncomfortable to dine in. Management clearly doesn’t care. Avoid this location.

The food was mediocre like every del Taco but the service and atmosphere were excellent so it’s still got five stars

Let me start by saying this: I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews. I know food service is hard, things get busy, and mistakes happen. But when the exact same mistake happens twice, on two separate DoorDash orders, from the same Del Taco location, it stops being a mistake and starts to feel like a pattern. And that pattern is: I pay for fries, and Del Taco keeps forgetting to put them in the bag.

This isn’t a case of “Oh no, I forgot to order them” or “Maybe I didn’t click the right button.” I double-checked. I was charged. The receipt says fries. My stomach said, “Yes, let’s go.” But both times, when I opened the bag — no fries. Just a sad little pile of napkins and broken dreams.

What’s most frustrating is that it’s such a basic part of the order. I’m not asking for anything complicated. Just… include the item I paid for. The fries are a major part of the combo — not just a side dish. Without them, it’s not a full meal. It’s like being handed a sandwich without the bread and being told, “Well, the meat’s still there, enjoy.”

And yes, I submitted the missing item request through DoorDash both times, but honestly, I’d rather not have to micromanage my food deliveries like this. At this point, I can’t trust this location to get the order right, which is disappointing — especially when there are other Del Taco spots that consistently get it right.

Del Taco on Robertson, please take more care in order accuracy. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that the food I paid for actually makes it into the bag.

Until then, I’ll be ordering elsewhere — preferably from a location that respects the sacred bond between a customer and their fries.
