I was greeted immediately, my order was completed in a timely orderly fashion. I was in pain from a accident the shift manager was openly going above and beyond to bring a smile to my face. This place constantly messes up my orders. Use to be pretty good but the last 3 times I have gotten nothing but incorrect items or the correct item with the incorrect meat. The manager had to explain to the guy in the back in spanish. Why not make the back screen show both languages if he cannot speak english? Won’t be back.

Ill start off by saying Im a manager at a fast food joint. this is the worst del taco ive been to. Went thru drive thru and asked for 2 for 4 fish tacos and a tostada. Informed her that i would wait, park, ect it wasnt a problem i just wanted them fresh. She then promised me it just came up. And this is what they give me. They re dipped the fish into the fryer and served it. (Im a manager and KNOW these things from catching employees) anyways. 1 out of 10

Didn’t even get my food. I was trying to pay for my order with a $100 bill. The teenage, newbie worker said that was not allowed so I couldn’t order my food. To make matters worse I asked to use the restroom was 1st told it was broken then after I asked for a manager and once again reminded them that I couldn’t spend my $100 there. After that the worker just kept saying he couldn’t open the restroom without a purchase until I left.

So not excited was here at 6:10 PM on the 24th of March. A younger black guy at the window took my order and called me baby at the window. Didn’t appreciate that. Also, I’ve been waiting here for a long time for my 2 things. Shrimp burritos past 10 minutes crazy. I don’t understand why it takes so long when there’s nobody here.
