The food here was good. Its a slower location too. The staff if friendly and chitchat alot in the back when there is no customers in the drive thru or in the restaurant. The menu is quite extensive and the self help kiosk are a good addition to the restaurant. Ive gone here a few times now since I work nearby.

We went late to get a couple tacos at the Montgomery location. It was 930pm and the doors were locked. We started back to the car to go to drive through but one of the guys came out the door and said come on in we can take your order inside. He explained they closed a little early inside because it had been slow. He took our order, (only ordered 3 tacos!) and then gave us a couple of cups and said go ahead get something to drink! They were all so nice and friendly. Every time we’ve gone, they are very nice and welcoming. We like the tacos there better than Taco Bell!

Ordered online for delivery. After waiting well over an hour, I received a notification the order was canceled because “they didn’t have items”. At which point I realized I was double charged for a total of over $80 and was then told I would have to wait 10 to 12 business days for a refund. Customer service basically said oh well we hear this a lot not much we can do if you don’t get a refund in 12 Business days, give us a call back.

The dining area was clean! The restroom was clean! I asked for a food suggestion and a young man working recommended the cheeseburger. The food was very tasty and perfect temperature. The service was excellent and the food was worth the price. My order came out in a timely manner and was not sloppy. Most of all the young adults working there were very professional and polite. Jesse was extremely polite and very respectful. I appreciate that in young people since it is a trait some have forgotten. Thank you for a good lunch experience San Mateo/Montgomery location.

My partner loves Del Taco and tries to get me to go every chance she gets, but since I was a kid Del Taco in Albuquerque has always gotten items wrong so I’m always hesitant. I caved tonight, and on the drive home she sipped our large drinks she ordered as cherry coke, expecting them to be cherry coke, and got a mouth full of some kind of random tea? And several food items were missing. Least to say it was a quiet drive home, and saying I told you so saddened her, we both had wanted it to finally be good, and it wasnt

I think I’m done with this location. Maybe its my fault for not checking my burger, but today was the third time I’ve ordered a double del burger without cheese at this location, and when I’ve gotten home, there’s cheese on the burger. Considering I spent $15 and the burger was my main dish, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with, especially since I don’t exactly live that close to this place. Also, the fries were undercooked and the taco was cold. After this repeat bad experience, I’m done with this location!
