Jade was an amazing host and very knowledgeable about the food choices. She was extremely helpful and remembered every little detail about what we asked her. She advised us some of the best food choices when we asked her. The food was very delicious and abundant. I would recommend every choice we made for the portobello, palladium salad, crispy chicken salad and the tiramisu was an incredible dessert .

My wife and I enjoyed our meal here. The place feels cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. The food was delicious! My pork chop was soft, juicy, and full of flavor. After a long stretch on the road between Acadia and Blackwater Falls, we landed in Middletown, NY with the energy level of two tired turtles. Going out was not in the cards — pajamas and take-out were the vibe — so we ordered from Cosimo’s, hoping for comfort food without fuss.

This spot had excellent food, excellent portions, and great service. Our server Honor was amazing- attentive and friendly. There was also a band there called Arborline that were fantastic. There is supposed to be a band ever Thursday night. Luv that. We will definitely be going here again soon even with it being an hour away from our home. A+++ recommended

Cosmo’s on 211 is a wonderful bar and grill that combines the taste of Italy in a cozy as well as high class atmosphere. The food is plenty, and the flavors are authentic.
