I just ordered bean and cheese burritos and they tasted like burnt beans. Hardly any green sauce. I hate to complain but this is wrong. I spend a lot money here and I expect quality food. So this will be the last time I order here unless you get new people that know what their doing

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the third time I’ve ordered doordash from establishment. I work 6 days a week and I get off late so to have something delivered that you pay for is to be expected correct. They forget half of your items that you’ve ordered never give you any sauces. And then when you call this me to a manager they hang up on you 10 times. I wouldn’t send my dog this the del Taco. The late night shift is rude and inconsiderate. They prefer to hang up on you 15 times before the answer and deal with any of your questions. I’ve called corporate regarding this issue multiple times and DoorDash as well. They don’t seem to fix the issue I highly recommend you not order from this establishment. I know I won’t be anymore is. It’s unfortunate because it’s the only del Taco around but I would rather get what I pay for than have to go all through this drama. You really need to get a new night staff. I’ve never in my 18 years plus working in customer service for a highly recommended sports bar have ever treated customers this way it’s disgusting.

This is the worst place ever. Bought a strawberry lemonade extra strawberries. Almost $6 & What a waste of money. The drink tastes like something so old. It smells like sewer. They probably don’t clean their containers. My daughter is pregnant, and she is still throwing up on it. I also paid for the extra strawberries and got one damn strawberry. I wish I didn’t have to put a damn star. I’d u could only smell it!

I’ve never seen fast food this bad. The order took 35 minutes. I sat and waited patiently. They forgot a beef burrito. Two bean and cheese burritos I paid extra for bold. Neither were bold. They were out of Dr Pepper. And the donut holes looked like this. Pathetic. I was missing 5 dollars in food and the food I got was wrong and terrible. What a joke. I’m so blown away right now.

Wow, I can’t believe the low scores. This is my first visit to Del taco believe it or not. good Customer Service, good fresh food, and great pricing. I will definitely be back in the near future. Great place for families on a budget. Thanks again.

I go to Del Taco over Taco Bell because the food tastes better and I feel like you get more food for the price. This location makes me reconsider. Not only did it take 30 minutes for my mobile order to be completed; I paid $1.79 for 1.5oz of queso!?!? I paid extra for the snack size thinking it was more queso. Sadly mistaken. Worst part is the queso wasn’t even melted. Ownership needs more than a remodel to fix this place.

Just close down. You’re embarrassing yourselves at this point. Constantly out of everything, one time they were out of ALL SAUCE. How does that. Even happen? No one ever does inventory, ever. I’ve had to wait in line 20+ mins. JUST CLOSE.

Every time you’re going through drive thru expect to park out front and wait for your order…this always happens, almost like Culver’s but at least they give you window number. This place has been around for awhile so expect the inside to be dirty looking.

I came into the drive through on June 20th around 4pm in the afternoon. I ordered 4 soft the del tacos no tomatoes, 2 habanero crispy chicken tacos, an epic queso asada burrito, and a macho strawberry lemonade, for a total of $26.36 USD. When I got my receipt after paying I noticed it didn’t say soft shell the del tacos, and so I tried to ask, but when I was able to ask the food was ready to go, and it was hard shelled. So, I politely asked could I get soft shell since I asked for that, but it didn’t get put in the way I asked. The guy was like you can come inside and we will fix it, but I came through the drive through for a reason after getting off an 10 hour shift. A second guy came up and said the foods already ready though, and I said would you please make it how I asked since I asked for it soft. He then said rudely “no you didn’t, but I will remake it.” The first guy said “would you pull around and we will bring it out to you?” I did, but overall you never should say that to a customers face that you did not order what you ordered. I also asked before I grabbed any food, and so they could use the food still for the other 4 people behind me since it is still safe according to NSF and the health department since it was not given to someone or left custody from the workers (I know since I have worked in food business for over 5 years now). Overall such a poor experience that I will never be coming to this location again! Also I found out later that the tacos were hard shell, and had tomatoes on them even though I was told they were shift shell after they brought them out to me. I also did not get the chicken tacos, but instead I got the value soft taco. Overall a horrible experience.
