First, let me preface this review.
I have nothing against the food but mainly the service that I received.
I have been going to this location for many many years and have been generally pleased with the food and service that I had received.
I have the app on my phone and I have also agreed to receive notices from Del Taco.
I received an email from Del Taco stating that there was a buy one get one free deal, for Groundhog Day, on their epic burritos.
Upon trying to redeem this deal in person I was told that I could only get this deal if I ordered through the app first.
I tried to place the order through the app only to find out that the full amount of the 2 Epic burritos was going to be charged to me.
I canceled the order.
There was no indication on the email that stated I had to order through the app to receive this deal and there were no promo codes or QR codes to scan.
When this delema was mentioned to the person at the counter, I was told that there was nothing they could or would be willing to do, to help me out.
I’m sure that there could have been something done to help me out, which would have gone a long way with me and to keep me as a customer.
Because of this I left to go to a competitor for my evening meal, which is much further away.
This is the second time this has happened to me using the Del Taco app. (It charged me the full amount that time too)
Because of this I will no longer be giving Del Taco my business.

The quesadilla was so hard we could hit it on the table and it not even crack. The lettuce in the tacos, smelt sour. The beans tasted like they’ve been sitting there all day. And almost every soda was bad other than the Fanta water and high c 3-10 don’t recommend.

Del Taco has always been a go-to spot for a quick, cheap bite.
Like everything else these days, quality and quantity have waned while prices continue to rise.
It is still one of the cheaper options for a quick taco or burrito, and the service is always on point (at least for the one near me), but more and more I am finding myself driven to just buying some ground beef, and making them at home. It takes about the same price and amount of time to cook them as it is to wait in the drive through.
This all of course won’t stop me from going every now and then, but as far as a regular place to get my pseudo-mexican fix, not any more.

I regular this location during the early mornings, and something i can always expect is the absolute best customer service I’ve consistently experienced from Danial Rodrigues. He always calls you “boss,” makes sure you have enough sauces, and is incredibly easy to talk to, making sure your day was great! After talking with him tonight, I learned he works 12+ hour days at two Taco Bell locations, but isn’t yet a manager. I sincerely hope a district or regional manager comes across this review and considers upping his position because Danial is a rockstar!

I have never been more frustrated with the Tex-Mex place in my life. I don’t go to places like this, expecting great food or excellent service or anything of the like. This is a harsh review for a reason. I do expect you to be able to fold a burrito with a level of competence. I bit into a bean burrito and had it explode all over me, my car, and my cell phone. I could not be more agitated. Not only that, but even by the standard of Tex-Mex, the food quality is poor and the service lackluster do not spend your money with these people.

December 1st 2025 7am. Everytime we try again at this location its the same woman. We have to repeat the order 5 or more times. Then when she repeats it, it is wrong. She has a horrible attitude when we apologize we just want to make sure its right. Because its always wrong still. Then after we get up to the window there is no greeting and nothing but scowls. We are never given a recipe after payment. Even after we have asked for one. After all this the order is still wrong. At least this time the fries were warm.

My experiences here had not been the best. The drive thru takes so long. I’m talking over 10 mins with only a couple cars in front of me. Also the food itself is mid. It’s complicated. I ordered a burrito and they kept asking me different questions which I couldn’t even understand and ended up with fries on a burrito! Yuck I’m sorry that’s just my opinion and it was really expensive for what I got. Not worth it.

The place is superb BUT, the cups are trash, there not badly made, but their design is terrible. The tubular design is bad because with the weight of the drink in the cup you can’t grip the cup. It needs to be changed.

I ordered 2 bean burritos with red sauce no cheese a large #6 and a large fry through the drive-thru and when I finally got up to the front to pay they had me put down for 2 bean and cheese burritos and the rest, the total was 21$ and change. When I told them I ordered just a bean burrito no cheese they then put me down for a beef burrito, and when I corrected them again the person at the register told the other staff it was a bean burrito. They told me the final total was 28$ and some change. I thought that was weird but we had already been waiting for a long time I just wanted my food. I drive away with my food and I look in the bag to find two beef and cheese burritos. From what I saw my receipt was thrown away before I could ask for it.

Even though I read through such disappointing reviews, I knew my times here have always been great. So… Hungry and tired, I drove over at 9:45p and honestly, the reviews were far from what I received. Amazingly fresh and stuffed crunchy tacos and soft chicken taco with tons of sauces (I asked for because they are amazing). Not only were they so kind, great customer service and fresh food, I was happy before I got home to see how perfectly my order was. This is and has always been my favorite del taco. Thank you guys for my order tonight. You are amazing
