Staff can be rude and aren’t very good at communicating. I recently, I placed an order online and came by to pick it up at the drive through. I was met with “oh uhh… its not ready yet. You’re going to have to wait.” In a very seemingly negative tone almost like she was burdened by me being there. I said “Ok” and waited but they did not continue with any sort of instruction as to whether I need to pull forward, wait in the parking lot or come back at another time. it was dead silent and no response when I attempted to talk to them. I cancelled my order in the app and left because I didnt want to deal with it at that point. Huge time wasters and 0 communication even with placing an order ahead of time. I wont be going back.

What happened?! I’ve been to this location many times, in the past, and it’s always been great. Tonight, orders were very slow to be fulfilled and when I finally got mine, I received the wrong flavor drink AND the wrong burrito. I hate docking stars for one of my favorite fast food haunts, but this visit definitely fell short of expectations.

Drive thru is always a little slow but it’s good food. I can never get the taco Tuesday deal through the app so keep that in mind and order on site not in the app if your looking for the taco Tuesday deal.

I eat at Del Taco often and love the experience, yet this location is horrible. The service was so slow and the crew seemed incompetent. I’ve never run into this type of crew at any other Del Taco. Very disappointing.

We were with family and ordered separate meals. Our family that ordered first didn’t get their meal until the rest of us had finished eating and we had to ask where their food was! They had completely skipped it! An hour later, they finally made their order. Sheesh. They said they were short handed with only one cook. The drive thru and to go orders were getting first priority. I’d ordered the $7 box deal to share with my husband. It wasn’t great. The mini quesadilla was missing the cheese! Idk. I get that the employees were struggling, but I don’t plan to go there again.

The pricing is unbeatable and quality of the food is as good as you’re going to find in a fast food outlet.

I honestly love several Del Taco options. Their new Barria stuff is pretty darn good. Their fish tacos are my favorite. They are closer to what you can find on the street of Tijuana than anything else. Just really good. Fresh tomatoes, cabbage, lime. The snack size shakes are a perfect size, cheap, and delicious.

Tuesday night taco tuesday is busy at Del Taco. They were slow trying to keep up with the orders. Cheap night, got the 3 taco for cheap and a senior drink. About a 15 min wait. They have also switched to the kiosk for ordering. A little tough getting someone’s attention if you have a question.
The tacos were a little under filled. This is the second time I felt they were under filling the tacos.

We placed a mobile order and when we got there 10 minutes later I went in to the counter and noticed two kiosks for people to place their orders. Multiple people came up to use the kiosks while I stood there waiting for an employee to acknowledge me. There were 6-8 employees working and not one of them came to the counter to help me. We eventually just went through the drive thru to get help.
