I paid $35 for food for my family and I and the quality was below average. The fries were cold, greasy and brown. We were told the fryer oil is gross and they weren’t cleaning it till later. The fries I had in my epic Cali made me sick to my stomach. The customer service was horrible, not one of them were friendly. Don’t go to the store by rimrock shopping instead go to North Ave where the quality is better. Chips were gross and the guac was old and discolored. I am very upset!

The tacos were cold. There was almost no meat, cheese or lettuce and them at all. I got 12 tacos and ended up eating four of them after I put all of the fixins together into Ford decent tacos. These tacos were 99 cents a piece!

Pictures tell it all. Ants on the floor. Dining room was not clean. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The kid that took our order was nice.
The food was cold and didn’t taste or look good at all. We will not go back there again. Don’t waste your money.

I went through the drive through. There was one van in front of me and 1 car already at the window. After nearly 5 minutes the van pulled up. When the car left, the van followed. Apparently they never ordered. I had ordered a large fry along with a few other items. I waited at the window for nearly 15 minutes. No one ever came to the window to say anything or apologize for the wait. When they finally brought my food, nothing was ever said about the long wait. Just took my money. When I was able to check my fry’s, I found that I did not get what I ordered. The amount of fry’s was about the same as a small fry. Snd everything was luke warm at best.

Things just keep getting worse here! We had 2 separate orders and apparently they “lost” one of them! They found it and made it, but when we looked on our bags, only 1 item was actually closed! It sucks when you go to take your burrito out of the bag and you stick your hand right into it!! I understand being short staffed, but the weren’t even busy!!!!! Like 4 people total!!

Just plain lazy service. I ordered a combo and these were the fries I received. I hadn’t eaten any of them, and there were none spilled in the bag. I just can’t understand how oblivious you’d have to be to not realize you only put 5 fries in a bag!

I usually come.herenbecause the service and food is great. Tonight it wasn’t. The individual working the take out window was very short with us, very unfriendly. And the food was bad. Very very small portions. The del tacos were half of what they normally are. Very disappointed tonight.

First place I’ve been in a long time where the food looks like the food in the advertisement and in the pictures. Taco Bell uses one teaspoon of cheese. You can judge this for yourself, see picture.

I stopped here to have dinner with my wife at approximately 6pm. They only had 2 employees working in the entire restaurant. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, multiple people just left rather than order….what a loss of profits! When I asked for the restroom key, one of the two employees couldn’t find it. I had to point it out to them. The “manager” kept telling every customer that it would be a minute, but never actually took any orders. The temperature inside the restaurant was easily 62 degrees. Freezing!
I don’t know if the store owner sees this, but this is really disappointing to a long time fan of Del Taco. Do better! Hire more/better people. Learn to staff your restaurant correctly.
