Last time I was here 2-3 weeks ago the ice machine was broken on both sides. Now there still is no ice and only one machine works for warm soda. Nope, I’m not coming back. It’s definitely went down hill.

This is my first time ever coming to a del taco. I went through drive-thru as I work 15 hours a day my lunch has to be in and out quick. I went through drive-thru and these are the most rudest disrespectful people I’ve ever came in contact with in my entire life. The owner should be ashamed of himself for having these type of disrespectful people working in his establishment. I used to own my own restaurant and sold it because my father got very sick and I needed to take care of him before he passed. One of my employees talk to anybody and disrespected anybody in my establishment such as these young people did they would be fired immediately even if I had to do all the work myself. Do better.

I ordered nachos and it had zero queso, very little chicken, but a crapload of sour cream. I feel I wasted almost $9 on chips and sour cream. The night crew is a joke here in Grand Junction colorado. I also saw a non-employee walk straight behind the counter and fill a del taco and a C&F cup with ice while wearing a backpack acting like he new the employees.

Quesadilla was burnt I asked for my French fries to be well done and they were soggy I asked for no tomato or onions on my burger and they left the onions on. I paid for sour cream in my bean and cheese burrito and there was none. Over all very disappointing.

My friend ordered tacos for 11.50 and they were bite size, had to get the poor kid a burrito so he wouldn’t starve. My soda was flat, fries were good. Ya yuh.

Such a bummer. Priced out. I was the only customer there. Wednesday at 6:00 – 6:15 —-litetally. Prices went up for the third time in recent months — by huge leaps. This is just beyond, they do not want to be open obviously. Maybe it’ll be another panda express.

This was our second visit to this store. First time around my wife and I walked in and there was no one up front. Waited a second and a gal walked out from the food line and told us we would have to wait at least 10 minutes before she would take our order because they were working on a large order. So we left. Kind of chalked that one up to being a new store and was willing to try again. Went back today and yet again no one manning the register. This time someone showed up sooner and was very polite and courteous. Took our order and we got our drinks and sat down and waited, and waited and waited and waited. Almost 10 minutes to crack out 2 orders of fish tacos!!! Once we started to dig in my wife and I found borderline bad limes! Won’t EVER go back to this store as the store close to 25 road outshines this one in EVERY aspect.

Their machines weren’t working right.. the food is good and the service is good but it takes a while to get the food sometimes, and if you get the food sometimes you’re waiting for the machine to process your card.. it’s weird.
