Very poor experience. I’ve never had del taco before tonight, I went on the website to order. I ordered a few items. I got in the drive through and waited an obnoxious amount of time. I got to the speaker and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I went through the line and I got to the window, now I’ve been waiting 50 minutes. The employee said “what drink do you want”. I was confused but said I have a mobile order, the runs around for a couple minutes then says he doesn’t have it. So I clarify it was the correct location, it was. He told me they don’t have my order because sometimes the mobile orders don’t go through, then the other guy said “we are working on that one.” Then the guy that said they didn’t have my order says I should really come into the dining room with mobile orders, good to know. And told me to come inside after I’ve already been waiting an hour in line. But I went inside, I was handed my drink and my fries but nothing else on the order and they said it will be done soon. Spoiler, my fries were cold by the time the rest was done. Then I get my order, I go to make sure I got everything. The employee handed me the wrong bag. Then I got my actual food, my fries were cold and limp, my beef and bean burritos only had Beans and cheese in it. The burger was sad but better than everything else.

This is not a location issue. This is a brand issue. We use to love Del Taco and eat here often. The old menu was much better Exspecially the breakfast menu. It’s definitely not what it used to be. Their iced coffee used to my absolute favorite, I believe they’ve changed the recipe 3 times now in the past 10 years. I liked the last 2 recipes so much I would order iced coffee at night. Now I don’t really care for it. They’ve taken a lot of things off the menu probably in order to re-open. It’s just not what it used to be and my family rarely chooses to eat there now.

Eat there for lunch basically everyday. The manager Ashley is absolutely amazing, really all the staff is during the day. Night shift ALWAYS forgets something, and doesn’t unserstand what no lettuce means, so i don’t go there after 4 anymore. Atmosphere is what you’d expect at a fast food place, but it’s always clean, and music choice is good.

Love the food and service from this place. I only gave 3 stars for food because I am a huge fan of their milkshakes, however, recently the milkshakes have been very inconsistent. This is very upsetting. Other than that one issue I definitely would recommend this place.

I had a beef and bean burrito but I was really looking forward to the epic beef bacon burrito that I saw on the corporate website. (I probably have the exact names wrong…) The beef and bean was big, maybe too big for its tortilla. As always, though, the fries made it all worthwhile!
The ordering kiosk was confusing to me. I wanted the meal but I didn’t see where to select it. After I tried hitting just the burrito selection, I still didn’t see where I could select the burrito meal and I couldn’t see how to delete the burrito. I finally just backed all the way out and ordered with the counter employee.
The food was ready very quickly -quick as you’d expect with Mexican food.

Order went in at 7:06 and we didn’t receive our order until 7:34. They kept pushing our order back to get door dash customers and drive through customers. Manager came to the lobby after making her own dinner. I grabbed my receipt to go asked for a refund and the manager got up put my food on a tray and slammed it Infront of me. Had to ask if it was mine or not. Customer service is gone in the world

I ordered via Uber Eats. It was delivered quickly but the food was COLD. Clearly the cheese on the burger was NOT melted. The fries were soggy and very mushy. There has to be safety issues with delivering cold food. I tried to call the store and no one ever answered. I would NOT recommend this location. Clearly they do not care about quality or customer service.

Just had Del Taco and it was so good! The food came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted amazing. I got a few tacos and some fries—no complaints at all.
The service was also awesome. Everyone was super friendly and fast, and they made sure I had everything I needed. You don’t always get that kind of energy at fast food places, so it was a nice surprise.
Definitely coming back. Great vibes, great food, great people.

Well was happy to stop by n gets some food today Thursday around 4:15pm at the main door shows the Thursday specials is 3 tacos for $3.59 from 3pm-11pm when I was ordering the cashier told me in order to get it at that price I had to order 6 tacos so basically u have to buy 2 orders in order to get the $3.59 Thursday special deal
But in the ad doesn’t say anything about that

No good since they reopened this location. Food order always has something wrong with it, food is often cold or appears to have been sitting out for a while. I order the same two things every time and it’s always prepared differently, there’s no consistency at all. Tried to give them benefit of the doubt after they reopened but it’s been a while now with poor service and poorer food.
Also note I’m vegetarian and even when I ask for no meat, it’s often gets added anyways and then I can’t eat it.
