The food I ordered for my mom & myself was not good except for the 2 Soft Chicken Tacos- they were nicely made. Wasted $18 on a Boxed meal & some new Chicken Taco.

Horrible customer service by somebody who presented herself as a General Manager. I typically don’t write bad reviews, but this lady is very rude in the way she speaks to customers. I will never step foot into that establishment again.

Stopped in here today for lunch and have no real complaints except that they play county music. Uhm yuck.
Service was super fast and friendly (though the two people putting food together looked like would rather be anywhere but there. Can’t blame them. The service industry SUCKS.) Food was really good, order was right, inside was clean.

I missed forty minutes of my movie. I placed my order ahead of time. When I arrived it wasn’t being worked on, nor did they know anything about it. They had me pull up I did. I got my food and there wasn’t not a lick of sauce in it. I asked for sauce, the young lady asked me to get back in line because not there’s one person behind me. I get back in line and they didn’t ask the person ahead to move up or anything like I was asked, so after awhile I got fed up went inside and grabbed the sauce myself.

Store windows tables everything was clean Even the restrooms. All the employees are wearing gloves and hair nets. We got 7 crunchy tacos with sour cream. The tacos were good and fresh.

The food was absolutely awful. I could not believe the Taco. I had been in the microwave for 10 minutes. That’s how hard it was. The burger was cold in the middle. I never experienced anything like this ever. Del Taco needs to shut down first time and last time I should get my money back or something this is absolutely unacceptable. Do they microwave everything? ♀️

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had Del Taco. Not because I haven’t wanted to because I didn’t realize that we had it in Michigan. Del taco is S Cali to me and so many great memories! Had to get the nachos for old times sake. They may have changed a bit but I still love them and appreciate that they still know what extra sour cream is when a customer orders it. True then as now. Love this place! Only wish we had one in Lansing! No worries, will make it a part of the SE Mich tour

I will say my food is usually very fresh when I order from this location, but my order is ALWAYS WRONG! I usually only get a cup of queso and NO chips when I order chips & queso, and today I ordered a crunchtada and for some reason it had quac added to it… it doesn’t even come with guac and it was all over it so I couldn’t even pick it off. I will probably still return… but just expect thst they will probably always mess my order up… ♀️
