The epic burrito was a thick girl. Fries were better than I expected, not what I came for but left an impression. Does taste healthier than Taco Bell. Easy to order inside, food came quickly and was good, they hooked us up with extra sauce. Inside dining area is clean, got some 90s boy band playing softly in the background.
Girl was right though about the girls bathroom being disgusting. Will spare you that photo. Here’s some fry crumbs instead.

The worst! This time is a charm. Every time i order through Uber eats. I’m always missing items. My order is never right. The phone number that’s provided doesn’t work. I didn’t even order a soft taco and got this instead of my nachos. It looks pitiful.

This is the worst location ever…every time I go there, the staff all have attitudes and they never get your order right. If there was a closer location I would go there instead of this place. I literally just got home from there, I ordered an epic bean and beef combo burrito with extra cheese and extra sour cream, 2 del tacos and a bean and cheese burrito, $13.04. I walk in, go to the counter and wait for about 10 minutes or more until I had to ask for service. It’s not like they were doing anything, I’m the only customer and there wasn’t anyone in drive thru. When I asked for service they all scattered around and said that the girl who just walked past me to go out to the lobby, she was the one who would help me. So she came back and asked if I wanted to order or something….um hello duh I’m only standing here because I have absolutely nothing else to do but hang around Del Tacos counter. So she took my order with an attitude and another girl brought it to the counter also with an attitude. I immediately grabbed the epic burrito out of the bag because I knew that they would mess it up as they always do. As I’m opening the burrito someone yells out from the back, that they put the extra cheese and sour cream in it already. I checked it anyway and as I figured, it was wrong, there was barely anything in it. I just said okay I’m not going to argue with you about it and left. When I got home I opened it up and took pictures of it. This is supposed to be the largest burrito they have, yet the one that they gave me barely had anything in it yet alone anything extra that I paid for. It was mostly tortilla than anything else. I really don’t like this location and the rude incompetent staff that they have….they literally have one job and they can’t even do that right…I don’t know how they’re still employed with them attitudes. I will not go back to this place and I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want the attitude that comes with the incorrect order.

This is the absolute worst restaurant I’ve seen. Upon entering the cashier didn’t greet us and another worker walked up and they proceeded to converse in front of us. I had to ask if she was ready for us to order to place our order. Looks like no one cleaned up since it opened that day. The restroom, NASTY! We have to do BETTER. Then while eating they had a whole argument with a customer. Where’s the manager/supervisor/shift manager to keep things in order? Train your staff!!!!! Stop hiring kids who lack work ethics. The pics don’t justify how filthy this place is.

There’s literally no one here and I am just sitting here waiting for our food. The guy did come to the window and tell me that he was waiting on the fries so that was nice. However the woman that took my order was not very polite and when she opened the window to hand me my drink she was on her cell phone. And I don’t mean using a headset on her phone I mean legit had the phone to her ear. Did not say hey how you doing. Nothing. just handed me my drink and shut the window while talking. There’s a reason no one’s at this place. Because it sucks. I used to eat here quite often but now I just avoid it but my son really wanted it. Like I said, the guy doing the cooking he was cool. But the woman taking the orders, she needs to go.

I enjoy the food… when I get what I ordered. Too many times I have come home to find the wrong things in my bag, or my food not how I ordered it. Their mailbox isn’t set up, so you can’t even call and complain. The service is ALWAYS horrible. At my last visit, they kept me waiting for damn near 20 minutes just to get my DRINK, and when I finally pressed them they had an attitude about it. Boy did I set myself up, because going inside meant seeing the nasty state the restaurant is left in. I am again sitting here looking at food I have now paid for and can’t eat, can’t complain about, and can’t drive back up 20 minutes for two tacos. I like Del Taco, but this just ain’t it. No more.

I was so hungry when I went to Del Taco to grab a burrito their two for $7. But this was a big mistake . It had a smell when I got it but me an my daughter both hadn’t eaten so we like maybe it’s the sauce that don’t smell that good. The young lady at the window seems so sweet an innocent but the burritos were so nasty. The special sauce was horrible. I went here because I was powering my electric car the stations are in Targets parking lot . This was bad mistake I was on 16 miles an didn’t want to take the chance but I wish I did. The sweet young lady gave me packs of sauce stuck together with sauce on them as so nasty I should have took the food back then.The burritos weren’t wrap tight so the extra burrito wrapping I tore off. My daughter was in the back trying to stomach hers down when she had to just throw it away. I took one bite an almost spit up . I put some mild sauce on it then spit it out. I waited to my car was charged an went right back to the restaurant if it wouldn’t have been raining I would have walked it back over. When I took it back I told the young lady it was so nasty my daughter threw hers away an I took 2 bites an couldn’t get anymore.This was my first time and last time getting Del Taco. The young lady told me I ate half the wrap but that wasn’t true it was poorly wrapped an I torn the wrap off. The young lady said I ate it but I didn’t said she couldn’t give me a refund. My daughter said her burrito was so nasty she don’t see how they are still in business. This was a bad experience I will stick with Moe’s and Chipotle. I left there still hungry and angry with myself for trying Del Taco. Next time I go to charge my car I will not buy anything from them again

First you’re out of chicken, steak and rice which is literally you’re entire menu. You give me and my gf food that’s cold and thrown together.
The cheese isn’t even melted and the burrito was just tossed in wrapping. Sounds like a bunch of lazy employees. Where is the manager in all of this? Do you not know how to pat items? Mistakes happen but when you’re out of everything and you give guests crappy food…. Do better del taco. Hire better people or have a manager that is actually doing their jobs.

Always understaffed. I feel bad for the people that work there because it has to be stressful. They were also out of the hottest hot sauce, Inferno I think. Everybody apparently loves that one. The items are made very inconsistently so though I do like their food as it reminds me of Home in california, I have to take a star off because you never know if it’s going to have the appropriate amount of green sauce or other ingredients. You might get a nicely filled taco or you might get one with two morsels of chicken.
