We ordered 3 steak tacos, 3 chicken tacos and a beef burrito. All came with rice and beans. We were happy with our selections and even the warm chips and 2 flavors of dip. The servers and wait staff were all very friendly and professional.

If you ever stop at “South of the Border” attraction, drive south, from there, another 3 minutes into the small town of Dillon, SC. It’s worth it. Food is fresh, plentiful and a very reasonable price. As of September/2025, you can still get a full plate for less than $15. Service was fast and Food was good.

The food was good, above mediocre but not the best! The only reason I won’t give it a 5 star review is because of the waitress I had! The other one came by & asked if everything was ok? I wish I had her. But the one I had wouldn’t speak up & would mumble. Then I sat down first before this couple sat down next to me. She would always wait or serve them first. Idk maybe she thought they would tip her better…but I still tipped! Then she would constantly stop coming to my table or keep forgetting too. The couple always got service. I would have to stop her to get anything! Just rude…guess she hates single men ♂️

I really love this place. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is awesome, and the food is pretty darn good from my limited experience. The al pastor is a little different than what I’m used to, but that’s not a bad thing at all. It’s got a bold flavor that’s still delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the tacos. The rice and beans are pretty standard, but again, this is not a bad thing. I’m looking forward to trying more dishes here soon. Thank you, Del Sol staff and owner!

Completely disappointed: not sure if it’s under new management or what. Been coming here for a few years. They completely screwed up my order to the point that I said forget it and didn’t eat. They gave my husband flour shells and he requested corn. He sent them back and after a while they return on corn shells but the meat was ice cold where they let them sit. SMH

Very, I am very upset with this restaurant in every way of being a Latino style/Culture. The atmosphere is dull and dirty food on the floor, tables are wobbly and paint chipping off the tables. I will not recommend this restaurant for anything!!! The food is nowhere near what is expected!!! This meal is NO WHERE NEAR SHREDDED Steak burrito!!!

We were at South of the Border, and when we walked in, it looked unloved and mostly vacant, so we went here instead!!! What a great experience! Food was SO tasty and the service was great. LISA is, in fact, amazing, as I read in few other reviews. If you want great food, come here! My fiancé could not stop eating the chicken in his Rice Bowl. He was addicted. For those of you missing the Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, you can get it here. I’m sure it’s much better here anyway.
