Stopped in for a Tahlequah taco to share with my family as a mid morning snack. The service was amazing, everyone was so sweet, and the food was spectacular. If you’re looking for fine dining, maybe this isn’t for you, but if you want a great diner with good food and nice people, you can’t do any better.

As someone new to the Tahlequah area, I didn’t know what to expect—but I’m so glad I chose to try this place! The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is impressively fast. I highly recommend this spot to anyone—10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I heard great things about this place but they were in different towns. And my other half was excited to see that one was still open in a place we love driving to. Gravy was like paste and tasted like flour. I was told since it’s made with flour thats the way its gonna taste. No I’m sorry I make my gravy the same and it doesn’t taste like flour or its not thicker than paste. steak supreme and the steak supreme sandwich were dry and tough. My salad was just a pile of lettuce drowned in dressing. Served with one pack of crackers. The only good thing was the ice in my soda cup. If I could give this a no star I would. Dude with curly hair that took our money was rude. Definitely not what I expected for a Valentines date with my other half for a trip to Tahlequah by the way that I love.

So last sunday the food was great other than i got no gravy with my chicken fried chicken. This sunday the chicken fried chicken was crappy and tough and the ground sirloin was rare in the center and after the 15 minute trip home figured out this time they left out our salads. Prolly wont try for a 3rd time.

Have loved Del Rancho in Tahkequah for over 30 years! First fell in love with it as a student at NSU and always go back when I’m up that way! Great food with a great nostalgic atmosphere-you can’t go wrong here!

I have been eating at all the Del-Rancho restaurant since I was a little kid. They have been around for a very long time. They have amazing food for all the family. Their famous steak sandwich is so big, the steak hangs outside of the bune over an inch. just give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Nice old fashioned diner! Seat yourself and order on the phone on the booth wall.
Came here for the Tahlequah taco. Hubby got the chicken fried steak supreme breakfast.
Taco did not disappoint. Not sure why they called it chicken fried steak supreme. Size was a bit small on the steak and potatoes. Steak had great flavor but potatoes and gravy were bland.
Prices are good and service was friendly. I’d come back for the taco!

This is a “must stop” if you’re traveling through Tahlequah. I had the Steak Sandwich Supreme with Onion rings. It’s all I ever order. The sandwich is absolutely perfect with tender chicken fried steak, and the onion rings are battered fresh, coming out golden brown with a light crisp.

Came back and wouldn’t recommend the chicken and fish the pieces are almost as long as a toothpick I was a little disappointed this trip around the french fries are mashed and not good and the tater tots have no flavor but the burger was good
Totally awesome food and service! Ordering is cool. Chicken fried steak sandwich was the best. Highly recommend this place

We were at Del Rancho on a weekday evening around six. Probably half of the tables were filled, most with adults and a few families. My group consisted of four adults and four children. All of the kids ordered from the kid’s menu — the usual choices of chicken, corn dog, hot dog, etc) with fries and their choice of drink. The adults ordered chicken fried steak, the “original chicken fried chicken sandwich” and a bacon cheeseburger. All of the food was delicious! The chicken fried steak was close to platter size and came with mashed potatoes and gravy. The famous chicken fried chicken sandwich — it is served with mayo, lettuce and tomato; anything else you need to add. The meat was easily twice the size of the bun; I could only eat half but took the other half home. The sandwich (no fries) was $8 something — priced better than many fast food burgers. The restaurant is a historical part of Tahlequah and the current owners have been there 35+ years. The building is old, the decor is 50s but everything was clean. I’ll be going back soon!
