Got medium half garlic chicken parm with crumbled bacon and white spinach and ricotta. The chicken parm halfwas absolutely DELICIOUS! The other half was just ok. There was hardly any spinach on pie. I felt as if it was just all bread and cheese. Didn’t taste ricotta.

Food was so so and even the fresh pizzas were not hot. Salads were good. Service was less than good. Never picked up used plates and never offered a refill on drinks.
Toilets were very dirty and the oder was over whelming. Musty dirty and not cleaned in along time.

We ordered food at this location during our stay at Ohio. We placed online order and it was easy to place the order and there were specials and coupons available in online too. The food was ready on time and we were able to pick up the food and it is definitely simple and convenient process. The store is located closer to main way and has limited parking. there was plenty of tables.The interior is good for dine in.The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is okay. We ordered a Calzone and Veggie subs. The Calzone was okay but the subs were good. Overall its worth a try.

We were driving through on our way to Philly and stopped here for dinner. Very good pizza and I loved the bread sticks. Man, I need more bread sticks! Quick service, clean restaurant, nice employees! Definitely a wonderful place to try if you’re in the area!

I pass this place everyday on my way home from work and always thought of giving it a try. My coworker came in today with pizza from DeFelice and I was immediately sold upon seeing it.
On my way home from work today, I called DeFelice numerous times for a pick up order with no one picking up. It was 5:00 p.m. so I knew they were busy. I called again around 6:30, I was hung up on trying one last time before giving up. An employee finally answered this time.
I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and was told it’d be ready in 45 minutes.
I went and picked up my pizza eating it in the dining room.
The pizza looks way better than it actually tastes. It’s the blandest, most flavorless pizza I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. It was the very first time I’ve ever put salt on that pizza to add flavor which says a whole lot.
The slices are huge, fulfilling and nourishing. I was starving so at least it made me full
While dining, I overheard one of the obvious longtime employees complaining about the 5pm dinner rush and how she just lets the phone just ring instead of answering. I was so turned off after hearing this because I figured that’s what was going on earlier when my calls went unanswered.
There was another young employee there who I think was her first day on the job. She was a complete sweetheart and did an amazing job serving the customers. You rock!
This was an unsatisfying experience and I won’t be back. You are much better off going to Pizza Hut down the road.

Loved DeFelice for many years, excited to be living back in the delivery area always lived the calzones and are as excellent as they were over 10 years ago, tried the Diavolo today first time, it’s now a favorite also! And the delivery driver I’ve had the last few times is great!

Stopped for lunch a! Pizza was near empty and the dining room was very busy with construction workers. I felt so bad for the only waitress who had over thirty people. She did a great job and I don’t know how she did it. The kitchen did get pizza out two more times while we were there They also looked understaffed!
