Stopped in for Happy Hour on Saturday and couldn’t have been happier! The staff were welcoming, kind and efficient. The overall atmosphere of the space feels like you’ve found a small hidden gem in a European city, owned by multiple generations of one family, and yet you’re just a few feet from a shopping plaza. The food was superb! Honestly I struggled to chose just the few dishes that me and the person I ate with chose. Everything on the menu looked delicious, and the specials sounded amazing! Our waitress, Wendy, was also very helpful in explaining accommodations that could be made to enjoy them with my dairy sensitivity.
I will most definitely be back, if simply to work my way through every dish on the menu.

Everything was fabulous here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The detox martini was great. Lobster ravioli was great. Steamed artichokes were good but a little difficult to eat. I got a Greek salad to go and it was beautiful and delicious.

We, Hubby and I, wanted to give this restaurant a try, so we called to have our Thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant, but the place was closed, so we decided to pay them a visit last weekend, on Saturday the 29th, during the Thanksgiving weekend and we loved it. Aldo, the waiter was amazing, he was able to make excellent recommendations and one of those recommended dishes was the stuffed calamari for appetizers. I will eat that as my appetizer and entree next time we go. It was super good. We ordered the Lobster ravioli and linguini goulash. The goulash was very, very good and so the Lobster ravioli, although the sauce on the Lobster ravioli lacked thickness, but the flavor was good. Pasta is homemade and very fresh. Then for Desserts, we had the creme brulee and the chocolate mousse…Will order these again…they were extremely good, an great way to end an excellent meal. The place was very nicely decorated, very open and excellent for a relaxing meal and conversation. The Owner, Hugo Cardenas came to our table to meet and greet us, it was very refreshing to be able to get that kind of customer service and greeting. Oh, and my Lemon Drop Martini? One of the best ones I ever had…I always order a lemon Drop martini at any restaurant we go to, in different cities and even different countries. This Lemon Drop was made to perfection. My Husband’s Cuban Mojito was also perfectly made. I do recommend this restaurant and will come back again.

Hugo and family have always treated us well and the menu never disappoints.Last night we had ravioli skirt steak and the European stuffed cabbage and both were top notch with some left over for today.On previous occasions we have had duck, branzino, chicken parmesan, and veal medallions and all have been excellent. Wedge salad and Kalamata salad very good also.

Although a little pricey, the food was amazing here. The chicken was seasoned beautifully and the pasta was made in-house. The octopus was cooked perfectly and even the bread service was delicious. I only wished they used the correct cherry in their old fashioned ;).

We arrived tonight and it looked like since it was late they were almost ready to close and winding down. Yet the owner Hugo welcomed us in and sat us immediately and we were served without feeling rushed as if we were welcome guests. Love De Adriatico Restaurant in the Gulf Coast Shopping Center. Great music! Zac, our waiter was phenomenal. Everything on the menu is delicious. I had the pear salad with salmon today. I have tried the rotini w/Bolognese and the mushroom pappardelle w/chicken. They have a lunch happy hour cocktail menu that is very affordable. This restaurant will cater to your needs, they opened for lunch one day for my sister’s ladies group of 30 women. What restaurant does that? If you have not eaten here check on the hours, go and ask for Zac.
