I normally come here to get food when I’m at the mall with no complaints but today I have one. I just came here just now 4/28 around 5:10 pm. They were adding less servings than I am usually given so I asked for a little more, the man making my food kept saying “it’s extra” I told him the first time I know , and he said it 2 more times and I had to respond with “you don’t have to keep saying that, I know.” Have him work him the back please , not upfront.

I love Peruvian cuisine. But this location in PG Plaza was the worst. I ordered the Whole Tilapia Fish. It was over cooked and tasteless. The green beans were cold and taste like they were straight from the can. The vegetable medley was okay but, cold. I enjoyed the caramelized onions on the fish and that was it. I will not visit this location again. Sorry, you lost a real customer.

The Everfresh beverage I purchased with my meal was warm and when I asked for a cup of ice, all they said was there are cold drinks in the fridge, the same fridge I received my warm beverage. Worst service ever!!!
