Ok first of all this is a hidden Diamond in Gem City!!! We pass by it everyday but never think to stop in.. If this is you then you’re missing out because this food is completely on a plane of its own!!! The wonderful Eastern European flavors mixed with the rich family roots of that area alongside decades of cooking these meals makes this restaurant separated from the rest… Never have I had an EGGPLANT hoagie and I certainly didn’t think I would like it until I tried , then after that first bite I forgot there was no meat on my bun!!! I am fully impressed and full… the selections are seemingly endless from gyros to pizza and from ethnic to local known foods is impressive… if you are in the mood for ‘something different’ this should be your next stop.. Ask for a piece of baklava for dessert.. if your into fruit drinks they have a homemade juice called sunshine gingerade that feature flavors such as pineapple, blueberry, lemon, mango and more… the service was above average.. the gentleman who owns the place is a kind and fatherly guy and the gal who takes orders also doubles as one of two line cooks but she sets the place apart with her keen fashion sense and huge smile, the lady in the back cooks as if her hands were blessed by the grill gods (I swear I’ve never had such delicious foods)… parking is a breeze but it’s a little tricky when coming from Dixie you have to go down Wagner ford as if going to restaurant depot… the inside of this place looks like a wedding waiting to happen and makes you feel fancy.. this place doesn’t stick out until you go inside and then the magic happens so go try it today you will not be disappointed!!!

The Dayton community has supported this establishment. However, the owners and staff do not respect their customers’ time. They rarely honour their times for orders to be ready. On 3/7/26, I placed an order for just under $68. The time initially given was ready by 5:59 pm. Then an update was sent showing 6:20 pm. I arrived at 6:30 pm to the woman at the front counter saying they have not started the order. She was rude, and of all the things she said to us, there was no apology and no customer service offered to try to remedy the situation. When I requested a refund, she said she had no idea how to do that and I needed to go back to the site I ordered from the figure it out (which was their website). They seem to have a weird way of treating people in Dayton and it really seems to be they look down on their primary customer base. This was not my first negative experience here. A phone call to update me as the customer that the order would be delayed even further would have been a respectful and service-oriented manner of preventing this frustrating interaction.

The food is always very fresh, delicious and the portions are huge! The kebab meals are delicious and cooked perfectly. The salads are always fresh and flavorful. I was there today and telling the eoman who runs the register how delicious the markovka and choban salads are and today we got torshi i believe its called to try for thr first time and that was amazing as well. The cheeseburgers i got for my kids were very big, and the large fries were huge! They are always so polite and friendly. Pizza is made in a brick oven and is top tier! I will always gladly spend my money here.

I had a wonderful experience at Dayton Village Pizza HALAL Turkish Mediterranean Restaurant! The food was flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned, with a great mix of authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes along with delicious pizza. Everything tasted amazing, and you can really tell the ingredients are high quality. The atmosphere was clean, warm, and welcoming—perfect for dining with family or friends. Gulnaz and Irada are the best servers; they were attentive, kind, and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Great halal options, excellent service, and fair prices. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I ordered the Adana kebab it took 1,5 hr to get it through Uber eats! The kebab tasted alright but to thick and hard to cut!

Wanted 10 pieces boneless chicken. Which was supposed to be 9.99+ tax.
But since i wanted it with two different sauce(i usually always do in dev’s hot chicken). The chef says i have to order two 6 pieces. Did that. Eventually got 12 nuggets size fried chicken and paid $18.26
Eventually they also charged for ranch without mentioning anywhere which i never wanted.
I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Will never come back to try other different over priced stuffs which might have hidden pricing policy.

Stopped in for a dine in lunch. It was not very busy, I was the only dine in for the hour I was there. Not sure why.
I had the chicken kabob. This came with a great tomatoe and cucumber salad. Unsure of the dressing it came with, but it was tangy and a tad of spice, very good. The tomatoes were on the soft side but the cucumbers were crunchy, both had an excellent flavor.
The chicken kabob was absolutely wonderful! Marinated and grilled, it was full of great flavor. It was tender and easily pulled apart. The brown, long grain rice was the best I’ve ever had. And, I normally don’t care for brown rice. There was some grilled peppers included that were also quite good. The portion size was large. I was completely full when I finished and I could not clean my plate.
Although pizza is thier specialty, I highly recommend you try the Turkish side of the menu.
