We had two prime rib, a skirt steak, and seafood rice- all were excellent! Well priced, generous portions, and cooked correctly, which is always important with a steakhouse! The parking lot is small, but it’s nice to not have to look for street parking! Would definitely recommend!

This place left a fantastic impression. I want to start with the service because it was top-notch. You can be sure that if you have any concerns about a dish, they will replace it without any issues. Even when the restaurant is busy, you won’t have to search for a server. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs.

First time visiting the restaurant and I had a great time. The waitress was very nice and the food was out of this world. Food did not take too long, they have great portions of food and the drinks were great. Will definitely come back her to dine again. Might be my new favorite spot. Please I encourage you to visit!

In addition to the food being the best, the attention to detail and flavor is always top notch. The servers have been working there for years and take a lot of pride on knowing your order, and be on top of there game at all times. They offer the best service at all times no matter if you’re a regular or just visiting! They have a bar section and restaurant section, they also have added a take out section!

Dayton Steakhouse is an absolute gem. The steak was phenomenal — cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Honestly, the value is out of this world for what you get. You’d expect to pay much more for food of this quality.
The atmosphere somehow manages to be both upscale and welcoming to everyone at the same time — comfortable, relaxed, but still special.

Five stars well deserved from the service to the food. I found my new go to restaurant when traveling to Newark. My server Emilio was on point. He recommended the rib eye and man was it a great recommendation. Not only was the steak cooked just the way I like it, the flavor was great. WARNING!! Come with an appetite if you’re going to order the rib eye because that rib eye is HUGE!!! It was also more than reasonably priced. I can hardly wait to come back to Newark now that I know about Dayton Steakhouse.
