Not once going here have I ever sat down at a dirty table, had a warm beer, or have been disappointed with service or food.
It really is top notch, the perfect place for cold beers and good bar food. Menu scan at the table and plenty bar/table seating.

Hun’s is a regular stop for us. Good food and prices, and weekly specials Monday thru Thursday. Wings are always hot and crispy and the burgers are huge. You NEVER need to ask for another beer – The bartenders hate empty glasses and have the next beer cued up before you’re even finished. Give Hun’s a try. They won’t disappoint.

Burgers were great – well seasoned, well cooked, and definitely made in-house. Fries were mid at best, a little soggy. Place was dead on a Saturday night, which was surprising as our food took quite a while to arrive. One bartender was quick to set us up with drinks but took FOREVER to get back to us, and really didn’t check in at all. The other bartender was wandering around looking absolutely miserable and didn’t say much. Both staffers stood and joked about things on their phone while we were waiting for a drink refill and our check. Man at the other side of the bar was going off about how dumb he thought #blm is, and another young kid was joining in conspiracy theories, which ruined the entire atmosphere. Overall I don’t think I would return.

Food and service is consistently great. Somewhat limited menu but if you find something you like it will be very well prepared. Great portions and fair prices. Highly recommend.

You Need To Know? Arrived & were able to seat immediately. Ordered the Hot Mess, the Luzerne Burger, & the landfill cheesesteak fries. The burger was handmade & juicy. The hot mess came out cold & was just all right. The Landfill fries were good. Service was prompt & the crows was upbeat since it was college bowl season. The bar food being cold is what lost a star. Now You Know!

West Side Cafe is the ultimate spot to unwind! The professional and friendly staff make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing—everything from juicy burgers to perfectly crispy wings. With a pool table, darts, and plenty of screens to catch the game, it’s the perfect place to hang out, relax, and have a great time. Highly recommend!

Drinks Not Cold and Rude Service
I recently visited West side cafe and was disappointed with the experience. I ordered two drinks, which were not cold, but I let it slide and drank them. When I ordered another two, I politely mentioned that they were warm, hoping for colder drinks this time. Instead of addressing the issue, the bartender rudely said, “It’s already in the cooler; what can I do?”
I wasn’t asking for much—just properly chilled drinks, which should be standard. The dismissive attitude was unnecessary and made the experience unpleasant.
A little effort to address customer concerns can go a long way. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling unwelcome, and I’m unlikely to return.
