What a fantastic Japanese and Korean restaurant in town! We ordered both sushi rolls and the soondubu seafood soup. Wow!!! I have had many Korean soondubus in the past but this one is the best, IMO. The seasoning was spot on, a bit spicy and so flavorful. The seafood they used were higher quality than the lackluster tiny shrimps usually served to us.
We also ordered the shrimp tempura roll and 911 roll which were fresh and delicious! The tempura shrimp was made fresh and still warm when served to us.
The wife was so sweet when she brought out the food and the cook. She was the perfect “ahjumma”.

I’ve been coming to Daylight Sushi for about three years now, and the quality and taste have been consistently great every time. The sushi is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better.
It might not be the fanciest sushi place around, but it always hits the spot. Reliable, delicious, and comfortable. Exactly what you want in a go-to sushi spot.

Delicious food! I enjoyed the atmosphere and how friendly the cashier was. Very helpful! There is a big variety of sushi rolls, Korean food and Sake. Plus the rolls are huge and filling!

Great owners and great sushi! I went here a lot when I lived in Spring Hill and it always had people coming in and out. The fire department and other service members stopped by for meals as well, so you know it’s good. Everything was great, but I always went for the yellowtail.

The best sushi in town! Don’t look anywhere else; it’s extremely fresh and authentic. It’s a little mom-and-pop shop you can’t beat for this amazing, finger-licking food. They are quick and pay attention to customers.

This is hands-down the best, most underrated spot to eat in Spring Hill. There bimbidibap is the best I’ve ever had.
Not to mention the amazing iced coffee with bubbles and boba! Even popping bubbles.
They also have a fridge filled with Chinese treats. The food is seriously a high end experience. HANDS DOWN my favorite place. It’s also quiet. Highly recommend.

Our new sushi spot! The ramen is equally as good. We had the California, lion king and double dragon rolls also. Everything tasted so fresh. We dined in and were told the wait would be about an hour, maybe a little longer since they had alot of phone orders ahead of us. With it being saturday night, we totally understood, so we sat down and waited. Our ramen and kimchi were brought to us about 20 minutes later. About another 15 minutes later, our sushi came out. So the wait ended up being significantly less than anticipated. The lady running the register was so helpful and kind. She wore alot of hats and was very busy but remembered to check in on us and was so sweet the whole time we were there. We live about 40 minutes away but I won’t go anywhere else for our sushi and ramen from now on.
Side note: they no longer serve donuts. I don’t know why, but i just heard the lady telling another customer who asked.

I’ve been here a few times before for sushi and Korean dishes, but brought my family from out of town for the first time because they wanted ramen. We got the sushi & sashimi bento box, which came with miso soup, and spicy tonkatsu ramen. The food was delicious with very generous portions for the prices, but the service was amazing. The young man who took our order (my receipt says Jaewon) was very welcoming and polite, taking time to explain things on the menu. He checked on us several times to make sure the food was good, the spice level was good, drinks were refilled, and that we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, modern, and cozy. All these things are what will keep me coming back.

Their Sushi is top and portions are great. Prices are the best for TN with great taste. Their young staff do such a fantastic job and offer a very nice experience. Some of our favorites Panda Roll and Double Dragon Roll.
