I put this location as the BEST daylight donut location in Owasso, Oklahoma. Been looking for one better than Bartlesville’s and it has been hard. Been coming here for 4+ years and they haven’t missed a beat.

Stopped in this morning 01/07/2026 at around 9:30am. I got 1 chocolate long john, 2 round donuts (1 blue and 1 white frosted with sprinkles). Both were horribly dry like they were day old. This was my first time trying this place and my last. I recommend to people all the time its pretty pathetic when Quiktrip donuts are better and fresher than an actual donut shop

Ordered 1 Maple Long John with marshmallow cream filling and 2 Chocolate Long John’s with Bavarian filling. When the young man handed the box out to us he joked, “be careful they may pop”. Well, drove away and I opened the box to see the three donuts. They were a mess! They so overfilled them that the filling was leaking out both ends and had cracked thru the middle top. The marshmallow cream filling in times past has always been fluffy but it was so thin it was dripping everywhere. A mess. Not enjoyable to eat at all!

We’ve been going to this location every Saturday at the same time for years. I don’t know if they have a new owner or what, but they are going downhill fast. The apple fritters used to be huge, thin and crispy. Now they’re less than half the size and no longer thin and crispy. Completely ruins the taste and texture everyone loved. The fried cinnamon rolls used to be huge, rolled thick and fried so that the outside was crispy and the inside was light and fluffy. Now they’re rolled thin, about half the size, very dense, and look like something you get at a gas station with not much flavor. The donut holes used to be huge, warm, melt in your mouth awesomeness. The last 5 times we’ve gone there, they’re half the size, cold and dense. If I wanted lousy, dense, tiny, tasteless donuts, I’d go to Duncan.

I don’t know how hard it is to make a large coffee with a splash of vanilla creamer but somehow this place never gets it right. I only gave it a 2 star on food because the donuts are decent . It’s a standard donut shop so what atmosphere? And personally seems like the ladies who work here don’t want to be at work and are slower than molasses and mess up a simple coffee every dam time I’ve come.

I have owned and been the general manager of a donut shop for many years. And this place makes donuts that I actually love. I am serious. These are delicious and the staff is friendly and quick. They sometimes have specials! I no longer make or run a donut shop. But I would be proud if I were their owner/manager.
