Not gonna lie……$17 + requested tip on a pick up order left a terrible taste in my mouth. I was like DANG! $17. What the heck did I order?¡?¡
Then when i asked, ” Is the staff paid server wages or more then the state minimum wage” (beacuse thats how I determine if I tip) The counter staff just stared at me like I was speaking German…..it was like they dont even know how tipping is supposed to function.
Probally not gonna buy from DaVincis for awhile and that’s a shame beacuse I love their Cheesstakes.

Marooned here for a quick Saturday lunch. Food and service were both great.
I had the lasagna rollup, which arrived to our table piping hot! Was delicious. Served with cheese bread.
The restaurant was clean and warm (on a cold day). Restrooms were pleasantly clean also.
The chocolate peanut butter bar was quite tasty also.

Terrible service from last night. I was inside and ordered before a group of other people then I sat down. I noticed that group of people got their food before me. I waited patiently for a few minutes and then finally went up to the counter. Young lady asked if she could help me and I told her I was wondering about my food. She found it boxed up for takeout. I wasn’t very happy and she asked if I wanted the manager to come speak to me which he never did. By this time, my cheese rolls were cold and my hoagie buns were soggy around the edges. I was running out of time so I just ate what I had. The guy that took my order also had to get the manager to help him with my gift card. I can’t believe neither one of them tried to bring my food to me or even said your food is ready. I won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered medium pizza for dinner. The pizza tasted phenomenal but it was on the pricier side $30 for a medium. Will try and come back again.

The food was okay but not outstanding. The service was very strange and seem like the staff were not really taking what they were doing seriously. They were friendly enough but it just was kind of a strange experience. The interior is very gaudy. I kind of an amazing like you’re supposed to be in Italy. Feel but not more like you were in a movie set.

Seems like Da Vinci’s quality has gone done the last year. Had a chicken cheesesteak sandwich that was super salty and chicken was very crunchy like it was from the day before? I also ordered a creamy tomato pasta with extra sauce and there is still barely any sauce. Oh and the same crispy old chicken was used for my pasta as well. For the price range they are in I expect better.

Our first impression walking in started off great. The theme is fabulous. The murals, the ceiling and the overall feel is artsy and welcoming. They young lady who took care of us was polite and very helpful. It was very clean and well managed. The food was served very quickly. It was absolutely delicious the kids loved the pizza. I also enjoyed the language lesson while washing my hands;) great place. Definitely suggest to stop. A welcoming and perfect choice for a large group, family or even a solo visit.

Was very good when we used to go there regularly a few years ago. Thought we would go again since it had been a long time. It was not good. Took tomato’s off the wrong sandwich. Fries that were barely cooked and bread on our sandwiches burnt to a crisp. Was basically inedible. Service was nice though!

Back “home” for a visit. And DaVinci’s is nothing like I remember. It took 30 minutes for our “hot” turkey clubs to be prepared and they were served warm (like they had been sitting for awhile).
We got there 1 1/2 hours after they opened on Sunday and the dining room was filthy. As we waited, we noticed they had 3 people working to cover drive thru, online orders and walk ins. If you’re short staffed…pick the customer base you want to serve well rather than giving poor service. If you can’t give excellent service, then stop taking online orders or stop taking drive thru orders or close the dining room. Seems like walkins should get priority service and the dining room should be clean and food served hot. Kind of painful watching 3 employees try to cover everything.
