I stumbled upon David’s Burgers in Conway after fueling up at Sam’s Club. What a blessing that stuff turned out to be! I had never even heard of David’s before, but one bite into their steak burger and I was completely won over, it just might be the best burger I’ve ever had, and that’s coming from a longtime In-N-Out fan. The teenagers working there impressed me too; they reminded me of the kind of kids my parents talk about from back in the day, respectful, kind, and genuinely eager to help. Between the endless hot, fresh fries and the sweet surprise of free ice cream at the end, it felt like such a thoughtful experience from start to finish. I had planned on taking my food to go, but the warm, inviting atmosphere made me stay, and I’m so glad I did.
What especially stood out? David’s honors those in uniform, by offering a free meal to police officers while in uniform after 8 PM. That gesture is powerful, and I deeply respect it.

David’s offers an incredible Burger. It is one of my favorites. Their selection of toppings, and variety of beef burgers and chicken burgers, and salads are awesome. It is always clean, and their staff is readily available to help with any needs. With my little kids I really appreciate as a parent the way they go and allow your kids to make their own Ice creams at the end of their meal.
PLUS, they offer free fry refills. You will love dipping their fries into David’s special sauce. Love this place. I wish they would open a location in West Conway on Dave Ward.

Giving two stars because I’ve come here before a few months ago and everything was good except missing my sides of sauce that I asked for. This time, I came through the drive thru around 6:20pm today. The guy who took my order was nice and understood what I wanted. I ordered two double hamburger steaks a la cart which come with the grilled onions and mushrooms, and I added the David’s toppings on the side which should include mustard and mayo. The guy asked if I wanted to keep the mushrooms and onions, I said yes, everything on my ticket was correct. I also ordered a #1 David’s way with David’s sauce added. Again, everything on the ticket was correct. I get home to find the hamburger steaks had no onions and mushrooms or sides of mustard and mayo. They put in two extra sides of fries that we did not want, or pay for. My husband found a hair in one of the patties pictured below. My #1 burger had no David’s sauce which makes or breaks the burger to me. All the fries were soggy after my five minute drive from the restaurant to my house. We did not enjoy our meal because of these things.

Ordered off of Uber and whenever I got my chicken sandwichs there was no David’s sauce (which I paid extra for) and the lettuce looked horrible which isn’t David’s Way. The fries were beyond old and soggy and the soda was flat. Very disappointed.

It feels criminal to put David’s Burgers alongside the other businesses I’ve given five stars, cause it is truly in a league of its own!
There isn’t a single critique I could offer David’s Burgers. I got an incredibly affordable, delicious, fresh double hamburger paired with endless fries and complimentary ice cream.
In spite of how unbelievable it may sound, even with how amazing the food was it wasn’t even my favorite part about my experience. The service here is absolutely unrivaled. The energy of the crew is absolutely ELECTRIC. They are fast, professional, friendly, every positive adjective in the book I would throw their way.

I placed an order at almost closing time on 4/22 and got home and my burgers were raw. I tried to call them but their phones are messed up besides they were closed by that time. I called this morning 4/23 to speak to someone about the issue and I had to push #2 for catering because again their phone lines at the store are messed up. One of their managers called me back and I addressed my complaint and she immediately apologized and said that I wasn’t the first one with this type of complaint and asked if she could replace my order for me. I agreed. I went in today around 6 to get my order replaced and what do you know.. I get raw burgers again. I mean the meat looks just like the meat they display in the case. I normally don’t do this but to have raw burgers 2 days in a row is definitely an issue. I tried to call the store back and it’s messed up. I reached out to the manager that called me from her personal cell due to their phone lines being messed up to let her know my issue and I haven’t heard back yet. Very good hamburger, Awesome attitudes with the staff. Will definetely eat here again. Im a Truck Driver and have eaten at numerouse restraunts. This won ranks real high on places to eat. I had the Patty Melt Double Cheeseburger with FF and Coke. Coke had a good flavor to it as well as the FFs. Thanks for an awesome dining experience.

I almost did not eat at David’s burgers because I was in a hurry, but I decided to take a dinner break and try them out.
Boy I’m glad I did I just had the reg burger and fries and I think it was all you can eat fries because the lady kept bringing them to my table, the burger and fries was really tasty. Haven’t had a good burger like that in a while. And a sample of ice cream

We have been loyal customers since we came to Conway 11 years ago. Decided to try the online ordering experience tonight before heading into work. Their website says it will show you when your order is ready. After waiting 25 minutes, we drove over. Next, we found out that the order cannot be processed until you show up regardless of when the online order is placed.
