This place is a little interesting. The menu is slightly limited but had some interesting options. We ordered the Brisket Cheesestake, the Hot Honey Chicken Poboy, the Redneck egg rolls, and the Monkey Bread.
The Brisket Cheesesteak had an amazing amount of juicy Brisket, however it lacked cheese big time. This is a perfect order for meat lover. The Hot Honey Chicken was also full of meat and toppings. The flavor is light and on the healthy side. I would recommend adding a sauce or extra jalapeños as it is slightly lacking in flavor. The Redneck egg rolls is a game changer, I would recommend trying it. It is simple but different and does not disappoint. The Greens are like none I’ve ever had before. I don’t know if they are like candied Greens or BBQ Greens, but the flavor is different, unexpected, and tasty none the less.

****UPDATE 10.1.22 NOW SERVING BREAKFAST!! omg game changer!! It was absolutely amazingggggg! Got the fried chicken and egg sandwich and the brisket egg and cheese sandwich and let me tell u best breakfast sandwich I’ve eaten in a while! Both are served with potatoes!! Also serving donuts *****

Food was great! The only complaint I have is that the hallway to the restroom was not handicap accessible. It was very narrow and full of overage material and sodas

Had the Brisket ch steak hoagie. Pretty good. Could use additional seasoning and Mayo, but the meat ratio was very good!

This was my first visit to David and Son’s bbq. I like bbq and brisket, etc. I have to say the candied bacon is awesome…sweet and spicy and so full of flavor. Another favorite was their loaded baked potato…again, it had so much flavor and practically a meal in itself. I had the loaded brisket sandwich which was served on a long roll and the portion more than generous. Breanna, the cashier was more than helpful when we ordered. Their menu has much to offer.

The food gets 5 stars!!! BBQ is awesome and I’m from the south. Burgers are also awesome . Must try the bacon wrap jalapeño poppers or the cheesesteak. It’s different than you expect but amazing. Gave it 4 stars cause the service is not always great. It’s not horrible either but not 5 star worthy.

Got a pulled pork sandwich with fries. Cornbread and a drink was really good a tad pricey but the portions were large and you’ll need a second stomach to finish. Will definitely go again
