I’ve traveled to various parts of the U.S. due to work. And I’ve sampled BBQ throughout the US. I read a good review so I decided to give it a shot. I purchased the rib plate. Mr. Jones knows DEF knows how to smoke and barbeque some ribs. You can literally taste the smoke in the meat. The ribs have an awesome flavor & texture and the BBQ sauce has a nice sweet & tangy combination. But in my humble opinion, his ribs are so flavorful, you really don’t need to drown the ribs in sauce at all. They’re actually that good! The baked beans are mediocre. Not bad, but they’re just kinda average. I enjoyed his barbeque so much that I actually got out of my truck and went back for more. I wanted to taste Mr. Jones chicken, but it was 6pm and he already tapped out. Yes, it’s so good that he was completely out of everything. If you’re in Ft. Pierce and looking for some damn good BBQ, do yourself a favor and pay this man a visit!

I suffer from health difficulties to where I can’t even eat the mildest of foods. Mr David was very mindful of me and I’m thankful for that. He had me try a little bit of the sauce, it was still too much for my stomach. He didn’t sauce up my plate. How he smokes the food and the basic seasonings on the meat makes this delicious. Thankfully I got ribs and chicken for tomorrow. This is some good bbq!!!

Pulled off interstate to get gas and looked at top rated restaurants in area. David Jones BBQ was 4.9. Only place over 4.6 in area. Let me tell you, this place should be a 10. It’s a small food trailer on side of road, and the BBQ was outstanding. The only thing better than the food was Mr. Jones himself. He’s doing this because he loves the cooking. His family recipes are crazy good. If you like to talk sports you will also not be disappointed. If I was a local I would eat here a few time a week. If you are in area and have a chance to stop, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t. Go early. When he is sold out you are out of luck. Ribs and Chicken wings are absolute FIRE. His baked beans and potato salad are fantastic. His granddads BBQ is seriously in the top 3 sauces I have ever had. Thanks for the meal and the company David. You made my day meeting you sir!!!!

Man oh man I can’t wait to come back. I feel like I may get a visit in my dreams. I tried so hard to save some for later. Unfortunately I almost almost ate my fingers. All ten of them… I’ve never tasted a sauce so Godly in my life. I had to get a second plate to go. David Jones Granddaddy is family now I’ll see you soon.

After a year and some change, trying to catch him open! I finally did it! I had tried these ribs over a year ago and I fell in love with them, probably, the best ribs I have ever had. Make sure you stop by and give these Ribs a try! They were so juicy, so flavorful and fresh off the smoker! Potato salad was delicious and sweet.
Also, he said he tries to be out there 5 days out of week but sometimes he’s taking care of personal stuff or dealing with the team he coaches, so don’t give him a bad review because you missed him that day.

Best bbq. Awesome ribs insanely good Mac n cheese , baked beans to die for. Ribs fall off the bone. Wonderfully tasting. Happy I stopped. Yummy!!!!! Sorry you only get pictures of ribs, I already ate everything else I’m going to be a happy yummy tonight.

This was a taste I been looking for I been on the west coast to long out here driving for a living this took me back . Like they say the trailer don’t do no cooking. I went to David Jones today and had an amazing experience! Great customer service, really friendly, and he shares his stories. I got the Rib dinner that came with potato salad and baked beans. The sauce is chefs kiss and finger lickin good definitely recommend coming here!

David was so extremely outgoing and fun. The ribs are tender. The sauce outstanding. Just a small spot right at the edge of Loves truck stop at exit 129 off I95. Cannot wait to come back this way
