TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I’d never been to this place, but the funky signage attracted me. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by an associate named Amiah. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me as we decided what menu items worked best for us. The food was delicious and her recommendations were on point! I will definitely be back for more!

My kind husband picked up food last night and saw our order had split sauce everywhere inside the bag. The worker were notified of the situation and brushed it off by saying “it’s just sauce”.
Well last time I checked, I was a paying customer and didn’t beg for food. Even people on the streets aren’t treated like this. The lack of professionalism and customer service is lacking. I will be putting in a complaint to corporate also. I’m not looking for free food or anything. I just want people to be aware of this sadly built location and how the folks here are treating its hometown CUSTOMERS. Also, the food looks like it was prepped by shaking the chicken bites and sauce into the container. No wonder the sauce got everywhere. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Truly disappointed in their management. Do better! I also called twice and it looks like they picked up the phone and hung up on me the first time. This will be my first and last time I come here.

Me and wifey came to the Fountain, CO store, The restaurant was clean and neat, the pretty young gal at the counter was very knowledgeble with menu items ( it was our 1st visit), forgot her name but she was courteous, and helpful. Chicken was delicious generous portions, fries were nicely done crispy and hot after a 10 min drive home. We will be back!!

Kaylee at the register was very helpful, it was our first time in and we needed help navigating the menu. Resturant is very clean, lots of staff available. Waited about 10 mins for our food. Food was delicious!

Dave’s Hot Chicken is one of those chains that keeps it simple and does one thing right. The spice level options are not typical Colorado levels and the reaper will absolute make you think twice about ordering it again. Our office loves this place and we get if often. Everyone is friendly, great service, elite hot chicken.

I absolutely love Dave’s Hot Chicken it’s something totally different and the staff are so welcoming we came in before the opening day which was just for friends and family but Joe got us in and was very attentive to everyone!!! He is absolutely the best and everyone’s energy was so vibrant. I will highly come here again
