First time here and i had what I think was called the #3. It was a chicken sandwich, a tender and fries. The drink is not part of the order so keep that in mind. My food was what i think is called mild hot and it was ok fine. Next time I will order the next level up. The rest of the family also enjoyed their food. We will be back to try something else on the menu like the mac & cheese. Oh, the music they play was also very enjoyable.

Very disappointing experience at the Brownsville location today. I went inside to order because the drive-thru line was too long. I placed my order at 4:18 PM for a #2, a #3, and a small Fruity Pebbles shake. My total came out to $35.69, and at that price I expect much better service and cleanliness than what I experienced.
I didn’t get my food until 4:33 PM, after asking about my order twice. When they finally gave me my food, they forgot the shake and I had to remind them again.
While waiting, I saw multiple customers asking for their orders, plates, and forks because nothing was being called out. There were several completed orders just sitting on the counter without anyone announcing the numbers, so people didn’t even know their food was ready. The whole place felt disorganized and poorly managed, with staff laughing and talking while customers were waiting instead of moving with any sense of urgency.
The worst part was the condition of the containers my food came in. The lids had grease and sauce all over them before I even opened the boxes (see photos). That made me question the cleanliness of the food prep area and honestly made me uncomfortable eating the food.
For $35.69 for two meals and a shake, this level of service is unacceptable. The food itself may be good, but the management at this location seriously needs to improve organization, cleanliness, and customer service.

Came in about an hour after it opened on new years day, 1st time trying it and I have to admit it wasn’t really as good as It was hyped out to be. The cheese for the loaded fries were cold as well as the mac and cheese, the mild chicken was way too seasoned and salty it was difficult to enjoy. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice but I came in for the food and yet i left unsatisfied. If you looking for a chicken place recommend raising canes, chic fila, or buffalo wild wings.
