The drinks were the highlight of the visit. We ordered the specialty drinks and those were made well and tasted good.
Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Our meals came out cold. The chicken sandwich was dry, and the sweet potato fries were overcooked and also cold. When we mentioned the fries, we were told they didn’t have any more available to replace them.
The salad was overdressed and had very large apple slices, almost like whole pieces, which made it difficult to enjoy.
Overall, while the drinks were good, the food quality and temperature were not up to expectations.

Pretty fun place with so many games for all ages. My 4 years old easily spends 2-3 hours and my 8 years old can spend longer. There are games for teenages, and grownups as well. Place is pretty loud almost all the time. Game days can be busy but they have some discounts on food for game days and Sunday discounts on games too. They really have very big screens for watch games along with full bar and very good menu for basically any American food you like.

Went for my birthday with my daughters. Had a blast, games are fun, lots to do and the food was delicious. I got salmon bowl and fell in love and my oldest got the ribs which were delicious as well.

What a fun place! We had such an amazing time last night watching the Celtics game on the big screen even though the Celtics lost. Great atmosphere, great food and plenty of games to play. It’s fun for everyone, kids and adults. My salmon was delicious, their menu includes different drink options, so, your choice! Kids love that place. We will definitely go back soon. Overall, it was a great experience!

Came here for a business get together last night (3/6/26). The service was just.. not good.
It took FOREVER to even get a server, and he was so impatient with us.. and I don’t know why. We had said that we’d like to have a few drinks and an appetizer, would go play a few games, and then have dinner, and asked if he’d be cool with it.
One of the gals serving (black hair, I didn’t catch her name) kept coming to check on us because she had noticed huge lapses with the server ever stopping back by. She was phenomenal.
At one point when we were getting another round of drinks, he had asked about food and said, “Have you even looked at the menu?”, which was just.. astounding. His tone was SO negative. The whole evening he’s just frowning at us, and the vibe shifted. It got to the point that we just opted to play games, pay for our drinks and FRIES because we felt like an inconvenience to him.
I also think that the cost for play is just absolutely crazy. Over $60 and it was spent on a game card, and it was finished in maybe 15 minutes. Our prizes? Enough for a few pieces of candy.

Shout out Tiffany at the host stand. She was pleasant, honest about wait times, even while other guests were frustrated and she was truly attentive. After we were seated and experienced a long wait, I brought it to her attention and she immediately took action, even providing beverages though it wasn’t her responsibility. Although the food arrived cold and my child dropped his burger, the lead staff stepped in and were amazing, offering us game cards to make it right. I really appreciate Tiffany and the lead staff for their care and effort to turn the experience around, I understand it’s short but bar staff shouldn’t be waiting tables bc that’s how we fell in between the cracks!!

The wait staff was fine once we actually tracked someone down, but the hostess wasn’t up front when we arrived. The games were fun and definitely the highlight of the visit.

Just a horrible experience. I am actually still sitting waiting for my pasta after 51 minutes. The others at the table got their meals way before the appetizers and I have not even gone to play. We did the Eat and Play but I’m here sitting alone still waiting for my meal. After 45 minutes, the waiter doesn’t even want to look my way. This has to be the worst even. The place is empty pretty much so I don’t get it. Maybe it is our skin color? I really don’t get it. Never in my life have I been so patient and maybe not for anyone else but as for my family, we’re not coming back… EVERRRRR

I never thought I’d be raving about the food at an arcade & bar but here I am! I’ve been to this location on 5 or 6 occasions over the last couple of years and every time I’m delighted to find that the food is awesome! The Korean wings (bone-in, of course) are a personal favorite and delicious, the burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the salads are generous and fresh. I’ve also had the chicken flatbread which is pretty good but a little “claggy”, as the Brits say, for my taste, but the flavor is nice. The brookie tower for dessert was also wonderful — super fudgy and perfect for sharing. The cocktails are really good too with a lot of variety and some fun seasonal offers. We always sit at the bar and the staff are always great. Plus games to play after? You can’t go wrong! Highly recommend for good eats and a fun time
