What I really liked was how lively the place felt — lots of games to play and things to do, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The atmosphere is chill, the music’s good, and it’s just a nice spot to relax, eat, and have fun.
Overall, a great place to spend some time, grab a bite, enjoy a few drinks, and play some games!
But deff could have better games. I did not see a lot of shooting games and only 2 Claw machines:(
Fitz wasa great bartender. My steak wasn’t cooked right. I unfortunately had to send it back. But he did great checking on us

Upon our arrival at the dining area, we noticed that some of the seats were not clean. I requested that they be cleaned, and while this was promptly addressed, I encountered further concerns when looking at the menu. Some pages were stuck together, but I chose not to bring this to the waitress’s attention, understanding that this could have been caused by previous customers.
The more pressing issues arose with the cleanliness of the dining ware. One plate had an unidentified white substance, while two others appeared to have residual ketchup. This was particularly disappointing, given the quality of the experience I had enjoyed on my last visit. Additionally, one of the glasses also had a white residue.
Due to these circumstances, I informed the manager that we would not be staying to dine, and I offered to pay for the drinks we had consumed. I recognize that everyone can have an off day, so I did not wish to escalate the situation any further. We planned to continue enjoying the games and collect our prizes before leaving to dine elsewhere.
Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse when the waitress returned to our table, making comments that I felt were inappropriate. Initially, she seemed friendly and concerned, which made her remarks all the more surprising. When I asked her to repeat something she said because I could not hear her over the background music, she responded defensively by raising her hands as if I were the aggressor. This reaction was unexpected and disconcerting.
I expressed to her that such gestures attracted undue negative attention and could be misinterpreted as aggression. Despite my demeanor, she repeated this behavior, which further heightened my discomfort. At that point, I was quite taken aback and struggled to articulate my thoughts clearly. I found it perplexing that she approached our table with unnecessary comments , especially when her service had otherwise been satisfactory.
I subsequently spoke with the kitchen manager, who was attentive and receptive to my concerns. However, I wanted to share my experience with the main manager to ensure that the situation was fully understood. I communicated my feelings to her, including my disappointment regarding the waitress’s behavior. While I understand the need to support staff, the manger comments in defends of her staff was shocking. What I was trying to explain was not received. I felt that the comments made by the waitress and her gestures were inappropriate and could impact the perception of individuals involved.
Ultimately, I left the establishment after settling the bill for our drinks and leaving a tip for the service provided ( I did this because the waitress did provided a service by bringing drinks). I hope my feedback can be helpful in addressing these concerns to enhance the dining experience for future guests.
