Had a blast here on a busy Saturday night. Even though the parking lot was full, we had no trouble jumping right in and playing games. The staff was kind and friendly, we checked our coats for a dollar, which was well worth it. We didn’t end up getting anything to eat this time, but I know that the food here is always good.

We went to watch the Steelers vs. Ravens game and it was a great place to do it. We had a toddler who loved their ranch dressing! The wings and bruschetta pizza was really good. We ordered appetizers and enjoyed all, but tge nachos looked more like a salad than the pic in the menu. I highly recommend for a group that has a large age range. Our group ranged from 21 to 60 and the toddler. The overall experience was fun and playful. The manager and waitstaff were attentive and good with answering questions about their products.

Such a fun place to hang out with friends. Their restaurant is also very very nice, make sure you reserve a table though! Food could’ve been better but wasn’t terrible. It’s some what expensive if you want to play all day so make sure you check out their deals!

Awesome! Brought my 9 Y old son for his birthday. We BOTH had a blast. I got cheese steak and fries. Both were very good, fries were delicious. Games are fun and there is plenty tk choose from. We are 100% going back.

I’ve been to D&B many times, and each time, I have never been disappointed with my drinks, and I didn’t enjoy a single one here. The wrong drinks were brought to our table twice (they were incredibly busy though, so I can understand that). But even though it was brought to the waitresses attention, we were still charged for these overpriced drinks. And honestly, I think they were quite watered down.
I myself am a lightweight and don’t drink often at all, but 4 mixed drinks and a shot did literally nothing for me, except put a HUGE dent in my wallet. Most of them just tasted like sour drink mix and hardly any alcohol.
Another issue I had with the drinks is that this location doesn’t offer a tab option, so here I am using my card each time for a $13 to $17 drink, and each time you get the receipt back there is an option to tip, as if the drink prices aren’t absurd enough as it is. If you can, I’d certainly recommend “pre gaming” before coming here.
That said, the food was exceptional. I had a burger and deep fried pickles. It was all served very quickly and my party had no issues with the food. I only give the food 3☆ because I am including the drinks in there, otherwise food would be 5☆ and drinks would be 1☆.

Unfortunately, my experience at Dave and Buster’s in the Waterfront was quite disappointing. I went on a weekday that turned out to be busier than the restaurant anticipated. The customer service I received was subpar, likely due to the limited number of staff available. My server only came to my table twice during my visit. I was never offered any drink refills and had to flag down another server passing by to request a drink. My order arrived incomplete, missing items like dipping sauces and side dishes I had requested. Regrettably, I couldn’t find a server to bring me the missing items. When I finally received my bill, it included charges for the items that were never delivered to my table, along with some items I didn’t even order. I had to wait for the server to fetch the manager to rectify the bill. I have dined at numerous restaurants in various locations, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered.
