Great place to spend time on any day of the week. Food and drinks were really good, I didn’t expect it from arcade center. I had avocado chicken sandwich and my husband had one of their burgers, price was definitely fair compare to other places in Charlotte. It took quite a bit of a time to prepare but was worth it. Games were fun too. Will be coming back!

Not sure how I never knew about this location and I’m a local! I went on a Saturday Night and it was so peaceful compared to the Concord location. As soon as I walked in I noticed how nice the interior was. It gave lounge vibes versus casual bar. The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Last call for alcohol and food was minutes away but they got everything in and it was BOMB! I love arcade games and I loved all the selections they had. All ages will be pleased.

Went on Saturday night to enjoy some games during a family get together, only 6 of us. The place was rather packed and I suppose that’s good business for them BUT about 25 percent of the games seemed to display error or “coming soon” and were unplayable. So we had to stalk and wait behind some games that were left to play of each category. One of the Mario cart racing games was out of order and one of the three left to play had a wheel that didn’t work correctly because it had come loose. It seemed like only one man was working the floor, lots of machines taking your swipes without playing or coins getting stuck in the coin sweep games. He was the only one we ever found and started to feel bad for him. The card loader machine by the check in was broken but no one put any sign on it. So you get to the end of the transaction after taking your credit card and it just loads for a minute then displayed error. When asking the cashier woman why it didn’t work after several of us tried, she simply stated it was broken and we saw her watch other people attempt to use it without informing them either. She was very unfriendly, customer service there was nowhere to be found with that female check in associate. Got drinks at the bar, fast and friendly service there. Since we’re just about in the middle of both locations, next time we’ll drive the extra couple minutes to the matthews location instead.

I enjoy going to this Dave & Busters because it is not usually as crowed as the one in Concord. Thank goodness. The is pretty good. The service is slow but the staff are nice. The games are super fun if you enjoy games. The downside is that in the prize section in the back is expensive. I felt like I needed to win more to have additional tickets. But overall, I had a great time!

My 12 year old kid wanted to play arcades for a birthday party and we thought, Dave and Busters, why not. Never had a birthday party there, first timers and boy they did not disappoint. Jim, manager, was amazing in handling our party and Fortuna, the party coordinator was great and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend when ordering food for the kids party, you get the mac-n-cheese. Sooooo good!! We also had cheeseburgers and fries. Way better than the usual pizza at most parties. Also would recommend spending that $5 extra for the AllDay game pass that allows the kiddos to play the blue light machines as much as they want during and after the party. We stayed for about 5 hours total grinding on those games. Great time! We will definitely be going back!

Nice place for family and friends. You have something for everyone; large screens for sports, games for both kids and adults to enjoy. The food was OK, the service needs improvement, as it took long to get our food, we got it somewhat cold, had to wait for silverware, which they ended up getting us plastic. Friendly staff. Some games were out of order.

So oddly enough I am giving a 5 star review on a glitch. Because of how it was handled. Sarah the A-gm is truly a get it done, customer service oriented, great service grade A management! We go here maybe once a month on half off Wednesday games and we had a free Burger show that we earned from spent tokens on the reward program but it wasn’t showing up on there end. She didn’t even hesitate. She fixed us right up.. games are fun even when they Malfunction we always get more back in return. We never have a bad time here. Much better then the concord location!
