I’ll start with the bad, the service is horrible….the bartender was really understanding and level headed, but she was the only bartender and it took her forever serve us. (It was a Wednesday night) Once we sat down at the table, the conditions of the table were grungy unacceptable. Their was left over food and stickinestfeom the previous patrons.
We needed a gluten free menu and the majority of the items on the menu were outdated and the restaurant no longer made. So we were able to actually order anything gluten free. So we ended up just ordering a burger and fries with no bun.
As we progressed through the night the food came out, it came out extremely sporadic. Half of the table has food while the other half was still waiting to get food. We also ordered some that never came out and we forgot to ask for it to be removed all the menu.
When we went to checkout the wait staff was unable to breakup the order into couples.
Once we got into the game room, most if not a large portion of the game were broken and not calibrated. Several games didn’t work and needed to be calibrated or adjusted so the function the way they are suppose too. pacman was broken, the baseball wasn’t working. One of the shooting games the rectile wasn’t aim properly.
The parking lot line needed be repainted, it’s just chaos as to where you should park.

I am very disappointed in this business. They are located right on the Delaware River Trail, which is a tremendously popular running, walking, and cycling trail. There are constantly people moving along this trail enjoying the exercise or commuting safely.
I don’t own a car and for 2 years, I biked along the Delaware River Trail to get to work. Dave + Busters lets their semi delivery trucks completely block this trail while they are unloading. This forces pedestrians, runners, and cyclists into the extremely busy traffic along Delaware Ave. This is extremely unsafe and I am frankly shocked that this status quo is acceptable. I would recommend that they switch to smaller delivery trucks or schedule deliveries at non-peak times. This business is being a bad neighbor and forcing vulnerable trail users into unsafe conditions.

This place has contributed to one of the worst paid experiences of my life. We had potentially the most incompetent waitress I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of interacting with. She was completely incapable of a single task. She took menus off another table because “it would take to long to get menus.” We had to steal silverware off another table because we didn’t get any. She didn’t even know what a jack and coke was and called a Jager and coke a jiggmaster when ordering our drinks, that had no menu pricing btw. The food and drinks came out at random times throughout the night. When our miserable dining experience came to an end, she couldn’t split the check more than two ways, and when she did, it took her 15 minutes for it to still be wrong. My friend paid for the wrong items and we couldn’t even get a receipt sent to us or printed because “that would take to long and I have other tables to get to.” Don’t think the games are any better here either. We payed for the “unlimited gaming experience” card for $55 and it capped at 1500 tickets. After winning 1 jackpot and playing for an hour, my card was capped from earning more. You know what my reward was for maxing out the limit on my “unlimited gaming experience” card? I received one bag of candy. One bag of these weird mamba sticks. Also, don’t think there is anything else worth more for 1500 tickets either. I checked, trust me. If you go here and spend your money, you are contributing to corporate scamming. You couldn’t pay me to step foot in another Dave and Busters ever again. Also, if you go here and eat, you’ll probably contract a heart condition considering you’d have more health benefits from eating a fried stick of butter. About 80% of their menu has a huge sodium warning on it as if they try and pack as much salt and fat into your food as possible. I’m assuming they want to see you go into cardiac arrest on their dining room floor, so they can take the items from your pockets as you watch havens light swallow you up. The only true pro of this place was the cesar salad because it was probably the best I have had, so I’ll give the food a 2 instead of 1. Please go to Round 1 or a local arcade instead of here.

I had such a great time at ! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was fun and energetic. The games were amazing, and there was something for everyone. I loved how clean and organized everything was, which made it even more enjoyable to move around and try different games.
The food was also really good. I ordered a few appetizers and they came out fresh and full of flavor. The drinks were on point too! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.
Overall, it was a perfect place to relax, have fun, and make great memories. I would definitely recommend Dave & Buster’s to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends or family. I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Server too long to acknowledge we were here. The food is mediocre at best however my girls enjoyed the arcade a lot. Which is why o would recommend. But eat first in my opinion then come here.

On a super busy Friday night it was not bad. The staff was awesome and I wish I could remember names to give them shout outs. Between getting explaining the power cards getting us a table, getting the ufc fight on they were great. My only complaint has nothing to do with D&B which would be the parking garage next to it(REALLY BAD). Otherwise had a great time with my sister and son.

We stopped by Dave & Buster’s in Philadelphia for a quick visit, and it was such a pleasant surprise. It was a really hot day, so the cool air-conditioned space felt amazing. I expected it to be packed, especially with kids, but it wasn’t crowded at all. The atmosphere was relaxed, with more adults around the bar area where we stayed for a bit before heading over to the games. The staff was welcoming and the service was great. Overall, a fun and refreshing stop!

Most of the games were working , clean floors and tables but the food service was not good … our server seemed high and took forever . Our son got his food way before us and was almost finished eating by the time we received our plates !
The food was OK, nothing special but it wasn’t bad.

I usually like to come here play games and have a drink, it use to be twin brothers that served at the bar in the game area they were super nice but lately it’s been a guy there who attitude is horrible, he actually got smart with me lastnight at the bar when I ordered my drinks. I do not know his name but he is brownskin taller guy, muscles & a haircut. He needs to be fired or fix his attitude.
