The experience was what I was expecting, but the service wasn’t the best, and the food was underwhelming. The chicken tenders were a let down. I mean, it’s chicken tenders, it shouldn’t be that hard.
When you walk in, there’s a sign saying to be nice to the staff that they’re having a hard time hiring people. That should be a warning sign right out of the gate.
On the plus side, all of the games were working and seemed to be well maintained.

The food is decent, I ordered a salad with apples and the sticker was still on the apple. Not a total biggie, we chuckled about it. Our waitress at the bar was amazing (Alaysia), she was so awesome! The atmosphere is a typical arcade but ramped up. Recommend, not a bad experience at all! Get Alaysia though, she’s super!!!

We hosted my son’s 8th Birthday party here and it was such a success. From the initial booking process to the actual party day. Communication and execution exceeded my expectations. Our party host Dana was very friendly, great with the kids and kept our party on time. Also a shout out to Keagan who quickly helped my son when his game band wasn’t scanning. I would highly recommend the private party room, especially with the outdoor patio access. We will definitely be back!

Service was by far the best aspect. All the staff seemed on top of everything. No matter how busy it got they never looked stressed and just kept moving.
Food was okay. Good, not great. Can’t complain but I wouldn’t right home about it. But, that’s not the main feature of Dave and Busters so it’s passable.
Atmosphere was great, just cookie cutter in my opinion. I would guess that when D&B was newer it was more fascinating, but as places like this become more common it’s hard to stand out.
Overall I have no complaints and I would recommend it. Be prepared to spend money, that’s essentially the goal of the place. Spend, spend, spend.
Worth going at least once.

Plenty of parking and they have discounts on certain days for the game cards. Best location in the Kansas City area in my opinion due to the space.

Took the Basketball team here for dinner after winning the Championship. The kids, and parents enjoyed the atmosphere. For dinner I ordered the eat, drink, and play combo. I chose the Half Rack Smokehouse Ribs, which were very tender, and the meat was fall off the bone delicious! The service at the bar was very friendly, and professional.

Deals are good, employees are nice, it’s just a lil loud with the music and games all making noise but what do you expect from a giant arcade?! Took 2 kids here and they had a blast! They love the human crane game but now where do I put the giant inflatable toys !!!!
