Had a late lunch here and it was fabulous , Tuesday, 2/10. Before the food arrived I enjoyed a tropical mijito. I liked it. Enjoyed the Sirloin Steak meal. The steak was flavorful and so very tender. I ordered it medium well and it arrived perfectly prepared. The side was loaded mashed potatoes. They had a nice consistency, smooth and creamy. To top it off I had the Banana Foster dessert. It wasn’t overly sweet. The bananas were fresh and really added to the dessert. The crispy and soft items in the dessert were enjoyable. A very nice meal experience before I headed home. The server was wearing an orange top and was a great server. She was polite, respectful and personable. She never rushed me. Thank you. I shall return when I’m in the area. Gonna leave those steak places behind. Dave & Busters is better!

I hosted my New Year’s work party at the Westgate location, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Upon arrival, the party host greeted me and provided a walkthrough of the party room, clearly explaining the flow of the evening. The food was excellent, and the service exceeded expectations. Despite having a large group, Nick and Harmony were absolutely amazing, both were attentive, polite, and truly went above and beyond. They are exceptional employees. The entire experience was seamless, and my staff left extremely happy. Thank you to the Westgate crew for delivering such an amazing experience.

Food was good, messed up both orders but made it right. Madeline was an amazing server; went above and beyond to correct kitchen mix up. Also hooked my wife up with stuff while I too my son to play. Gave us $20 off food after mess up. My son had lots of fun playing games. Was a bit loud but I said something and they lowered the music and was bearable to eat

Fun night! I was there for a corporate event and I finally got to see the private event room. Spacious and clean from the first look. Our boss paid for some game cards, so I got to play some games. All of the finger food was good. Loved that the buffet line is two sided so 150 of us didn’t have to wait long. Service was good. Every server was constantly cleaning up around us, which I appreciate.

Went for food and games for the kids. Had a good time. They have great options for game passes and meals. Lots of game options and clean facilities. Out waiter was great. Kept drinks full and food timely. Food was pretty tasty too.

Yesterday was the absolute worst service we have ever recieved at any establishment. Yea I understand it was fight night but this should have been prepared for. Our plates came one at a time over about a 40-50 minute time span. Our drinks came AFTER our food again at different times! We were never asked for any refills at all! Never checked on. 2 of our guests arrived a little late and weren’t able to order food until an hour after they arrived. And only because I requested a manager! But that wasn’t the worst of it all. There was a total of 12 people at our table. Gratuity was already included and I realize we can still leave more if we chose. But Cici our waitress only showed us the tablet. No printed reciept! She said you all dont provide printed receipts until we pay. We paid on 4 separate bills. She showed us the tablet, told us she wasn’t sure if gratuity was included. Went extremely fast with showing us bill then asked us if we would like to add 20% gratuity putting us on the spot and not allowing us to put the percentage amount ourselves! 2 parties paid. But it wasn’t until I got my bill, again she went extremely fast to get to the tip part. I made her go back to the itemized portion and low and behold gratuity was already included. You cant tell me she didnt know that and you cant tell me she didn’t know what she was doing getting a double tip then not allowing us to change it to a lower percentage! That is shady as heck! Who knows how many other families have experienced this her and not realizing it! Something needs to be done about this!
