Got seated right away thanks to online reservations however it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and didn’t see our food till we had been there an hour. My food tasted great but was not worth half of what I paid, 5 tiny overcooked shrimp. My poor daughter got one chicken finger and a piece of fried batter. The only thing worth the cost seemed to be my husband’s burger. The womens restroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels and the trough sink was backed up and full of yucky water. There were lines 10 people deep for drinks, we didn’t even attempt to get another. The food and drink portion of this establiy is running the Dave and Buster’s name in the ground. I’m embarrassed for them.

My wife and I experienced the slowest service we have had in years from any restaurant. In 2 hours we were able to only get 3 drinks, a plate of wings and a salad. I watched about an hour of UFC fights before my waitress brought my second drink (which I ordered long before) and forgot my wife’s drink (which took another 15+ minutesto get). Our first drinks to more than 20 minutes to get to us. During all of this (and the full 2 hours) I could see my waitress standing and talking in the serving area. Absolutely no regard to my table and her other tables. I saw the waiter for the table next to 4 or 5 times checking on his customers each time I saw my waitress. Around the 2 hour mark of poor service, we told our waitress we were going to play games with our game card. She said hold on and she had to check if we needed to give up our table. She came back and guess what? We had to vacate our table. We vacated. We vacated that terrible establishment. Worst waste of money. Side note, food was good.

We are regulars at this location and usually we have not had this issue so we had visited on this past Wednesday wanted to burn some time playing some games and we were pretty disappointed to see the maintenance on the games are not being maintained their were at least 7 games that we had issues with and we didn’t try all the games in there so who is to say there arnt more that are needing maintenance . Hopefully this location does better. We came back and they resolved the gaming issues and we had another amazing food and service experience

Our server, Mert, was amazing. He was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we sat down. He gave helpful recommendations from the menu, checked on us regularly, and everything arrived quickly and correctly. Even though the place was busy, his service never felt rushed, which I really appreciated.
The food was tasty and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the meal and conversation.
Overall, great service and good food. Special thanks to Mert for making our visit even better. I would definitely come back again.

A really great place! The host Jillian was really amazing and accommodating when it was super busy and got us a table asap!!! The food was great as always I’ve been here multiple times. Service is great as usual Nicole was my server and she was great and super kind. Over all everything was amazing kids loved it adults loved it 10/10.

We have been three times now. For a Santa event and then twice to eat and play. I have brought 2-5 kids/teens with me each time. First, the service has been really good. The host (Chad? Chris? A Ch-name) has been there the last two times and helped accommodate us with a table that we requested without making me feel bad for asking. The service has been good (the 2nd time they didn’t ask for our rewards card/number and so I didn’t get points and that made me sad, but I’ll live). I don’t remember the guys name from our 2nd visit, but last night, Quentin was great and very helpful. The Santa event everyone was great but I also don’t remember their names – sorry!
Food has been good. We’ve had burgers, fish and chips, the chicken sandwich, I can’t remember what else…. Definitely get the truffle fries and not regular fries – everyone loved those better.
My only “complaint” is how loud it is. I feel like this won’t ever change at an establishment like this 🙂 so I go in knowing I won’t be able to hear anything the kids say to me 🙂 But the kids love it and we have a great time and always talk about going back.

The food was delicious and well prepared, and the service was excellent, especially thanks to Mert. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional. He took our orders quickly, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, which made the experience even better. Great food and great service like this definitely make you want to come back. Mert truly deserves 5 stars.

I came here yesterday and honestly felt like I was being served by a close friend rather than just a waiter. Mert was incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive, and he made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Everything was explained with a smile, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The only thing great about this place are the games. We went in with a party of 8. The service was terrible. He didn’t know anything about the food when asked a simple question. I don’t think i saw him smile once. The fish was lukewarm and french fries were cold. Two people got the same meal, one was half the portion of the other. One person out of our group got his meal 10-15 after everyone else (thank goodness he was playing games). For the amount you spend on the food (you will not walk out of there without spending at least $30) I will never visit this establishment again. Do better!!
