Dash Cafe inside the Horseshoe Casino has really went downhill over the past year in terms of food, service, hours, and expensive prices. Note it will take you a 30-45 min to receive chicken tenders, soggy cold fries, and egg rolls after sitting in window for 15 minutes before somebody brought food to our table.
First off, service here is always incredibly slow. Slow to place your order after standing in line forever, and the workers who take the orders mainly show no customer service skills are care.
Food prices are way to high for what you get. Food usually comes out Luke warm if you are lucky, due to the fact the front counter workers taking orders see food sitting in window for extended periods of time and have no sense of time control to serve fresh food. They like to serve your food just thrown onto lunch trays with a piece of paper, and not even in a basket on the tray. Very disgusting. The fries are always old and cold and flavorless. The onion rings usually come out in a fried burnt bunch together.
Prices for what you get are crazy. The average price for any sandwich or plate of food is $15+. Why spend that here when you can go elsewhere for the same price and have a nice hot meal with dine in service? Note, if you want Dipping sauce for your food or sides, each tony half filled ramekin is $1.00 each upcharge. Also they do not use any type of seasoning for food, expect bland cold food.
The Cafe hours are not convenient for many casino patrons. There is not a 24 hour restaurant in this casino if you get hungry after 11pm after gambling, drinking, and spending your money in the casino most of the day.
This Cafe needs a real revamp of staff front and back of house, training on providing quality customer service, speed and quality control, and take a look at pricing compared to other local restaurants that offer way better food, service, and hours.

Funny, friendly and engaging with customers! Received my grilled chicken breast sandwich in less than 5 minutes on a Friday and at lunchtime. It was so good almost forgot to snap a photo! They brought their A-game on the fries!

I asked for extra pickles when i ordered my double cheese burger which they charged me for. When i received my burger there’s was only one pickle and when i asked for more pickles they wanted to charge me and additional 1.08$ for extra pickles which i had already paid and didnt receive. And the workers were rude and didnt want to listen or look at our receipt which showed that we paid extra for pickles just a terrible experience 20$ for one burger that McDonald’s could have made better definitely will not be returning. Warning this place is not worth your time or money.

Ordered a breakfast burrito from their kiosk which clearly showed a typical looking burrito. I received a disgusting sloppy mess of what I can only think is egg soup all over it. The cashier said they cannot remake it without the slop as “that’s just the way it comes.” Even costs $15… Ridiculous. Had to call the manager to get a refund which took a while too. Do yourself a favor and go downstairs to Starbucks where there is MUCH better quality food,better pricing and service. That’s what I did.

Ordered two burgers with fries n onion rings! The fries were soggy but everything else was hot and fresh. Prices are a bit high for a soda but it is what it is. Was at the casino having a good day and this was an easy lunch.

Foods really good. At 8: 00pm when everything closes they’re open. I heard the breakfast is very good. Great place to get a hamburger fries chicken quesadillas are really good. It may take a minute to get your order, but it’s worth the wait. You’re hungry and you don’t have a choice so… Stand in line, wait, order something, get your food and go back to what you’re doing.
Order at the register sit down at the table you get a number when you order is ready. They bring it out to you. Looks like you can call in for it to go orders.

Ordered an Eldorado burger with fries. Worst burger ever – cooked to well done (was not asked how I wanted it cooked), bland taste, fries were skinny, cold, and hard as wood toothpicks. Had a cup of coffee $4.49 or 4.99, but free coffee available in the casino, strong and bitter.
