This might be my new favorite restaurant. We were treated wonderfully, and the food was amazing. The coffee was also very good. It isn’t cheap but it isn’t too expensive, either. For Leadville, I think the prices are average. They have outdoor dining and indoor. An old rustic building. Right on Main Street.

This was our second time eating here. A small setup, no fancy seating or atmosphere; but the food was delicious! We love the Cuban mix sandwich, pork bawl, and the simple yet tasty avocado salad! You have to order the food at the window and the staff will deliver to your choice of table. Seating inside is limited, street parking, staff friendly, superb food.

First time trying Cuban style food. Had the Cuban mix sandwich, bloody Mary and Cortadito coffee, all very good. Sandwich was big enough to save half for later. Met owner Kim, very nice. Definitely will go back when in Leadville.

One of the more authentic Cuban sandwiches I have had outside of Florida. The bread is solid, minus the missing palm frond which is a standard at bakeries in Florida (ie La Segunda). Plenty of meat and cheese make this sandwich adequately priced.

Phenomenal, flavorful panini style sandwiches and Cuban style coffee/espresso which is also delicious! Prices are decent and service is fast. Centrally located smack in the middle of town, it’s also easy to get to so stop by and enjoy!

Tried the new dinner menu and we were blown away. It’s a twist on fine dining, with beautifully put together dishes. The flavors of spice, lime, perfectly cooked meat and seafood, Buchi is absolutely where to go for dinner in Leadville! They’re open for dinner on days where most of the restaurants close which is also a perk. Try the jambalaya – so So good!

Great atmosphere & great service. We went around 9am and had the whole place to ourselves. Ordered 2 cortidatos and split the egg, bacon and cheese pannini with hot sauce. Excellent all around. The coffee was the best coffee we had all week Leadville.

You order at a counter and pay. Then you go find a place to eat. Sandwiches were marginal at best. It’s not a place I will give a second chance. Not sure what would have happened if I wanted a second drink I guess go stand in line at the counter again? They bring your sandwich out wrapped in paper. For the same price I can eat somewhere else and have much better food and I can have great service here Foods marginal and service is non-existent.

We were surprised to find a Cuban place in Leadville, CO, but took our chances based on the good reviews. I know Cuban sandwiches, even the breakfast ones, are usually large, so we just ordered one egg, ham and cheese sandwich to share. My son and I split it and it was filling enough for two. He enjoyed his first Cuban café con leche, and I had an orange juice since I don’t drink coffee. This place was fairly busy in the morning, service was friendly and the food and coffee were served very hot. I will definitely return the next time I’m in Leadville.

We stopped in for lunch while searching for our wedding venue. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. So much so we had to have it on our wedding day. Kim was awesome to work with and got us our sandwich’s on time which kept the wedding party fueled for the day’s festivities.
