I have walked in and ordered from this Storefront Restaurant and it was pretty good, however today 12/31/25 for lunch I decided to do a DoorDash order for the Seafood Potato, I was very excited for my food to get to me. It came very quickly. I am only 5 minutes away from the restaurant, however I was very disappointed with my order. It was Very, Very salty, I couldn’t even finish half of the potato . Hopefully I will try them again, because the other items I purchased was pretty good. Right now I am a little skeptical.

The food was good. We had the seafood Mac & Cheese with fried chicken, shrimp and fish. All delicious! We also had the booDamnBalls made with hot Cheetos with the inside mixture of Philly steak or shrimp & crawfish w rice….yummy….sweets for the sweet and I ate both of them carrot cake & lemon cake whoa how could I forget that seafood egg roll

The food was very good. I ordered the grilled shrimp salad and added 1 grilled catfish on the side. This place really knows how to season their food. I can’t wait to return. I practice a special diet and I stay away from. sugar, starch, and carbohydrates, this meal was so on point. 5 stars, but bring a fork because they ran out and the store that they are attached to did not have any. I went up the street and grabbed a few forks from the Jack in the Box and sat at the park across the street and enjoyed a surprisingly delicious, healthy, and filling meal.

My first visit. Ordered everything that I thought looked appetizing. Didn’t disappoint! Service desk was pleasant. This is THE BEST turkey leg I’ve eaten publicly and I’ve had quite a few! As great as the sides are, I will be guilty of ordering the turkey leg alone! Definitely a to-go place due to Limited parking and indoor seating.

Food is good, was a lil heavy on the season in the mac n cheese and the fish batter. Im from louisiana. The crawfish is boiled louisiana style, no season on the top, crawfish boiled in the season. My only issue is when they bag the crawfish they have water in the bag, so idk if they weighting the crawfish with water in bag to get the 4lbs or they weight the 4lbs of crawfish and adding the boil water afterwards…its suspect with pounds… every side seperate, no corn or potatoes come with crawfish…they had oranges, celery, garlic, onion, bell peper in boil, never got all in one order, but after ordering a few times noticed on bag.. no long extended line.. u can call in ordee to have ready,

I’m from New Orleans born and raised, 44 years old so I had to try this spot. First off the wait was 38 minutes but the food was hot & fresh so I can’t complain on that. I have a family of 3 so I’ll be sharing our experience. I had the ox tails, rice, Mac, potato salad. The ox tails had good flavor but could have been cooked longer. They were also fatty and need more gravy, kind of dry. The Mac was okay, a lot going on tho. Potato salad was mid, if you like wet & sweet potato salad then it’s for you. My daughter had the jambalaya stuffed turkey leg. She said the leg itself was good but the jambalaya was way too salty. My nephew had the lamb chops with broccoli and corn. He couldn’t even eat the salt chops because it was way too salty. The broccoli was dry and he didn’t even bother to eat the corn. So yea $90 They tired it

Ordered food from home. Wanted corn (on the menu) but not available. Checked order at home-order was incorrect. Received fried chicken wings instead of fried shrimp with fried fish. No worries… Quantity of food was acceptable. Quality/taste of food was disappointing. Seafood eggroll was tasteless, unseasoned and spacey filled with seafood, mostly rice. Fish and chicken were fried too hard. Chicken was tasteless, unseasoned. Jambalaya was dry, reddish in color. Mac n cheese was creamy but not very tasty to us. We were disappointed, sorry to say.

I would give them 5star rating for the food. Absolutely great, made fresh. It’s not a dine in restaurant as it’s located in a gas station. Ample parking for you to pickup your food and drinks. Today I tasted Da Trio (Salmon/Jumbo shrimp/Crawfish tails) also bought a Jambalaya stuffed turkey leg which I kept for tomorrow. The portions are big and more than enough for an adult. Definitely will check all those dishes out.

Went here on Sunday 3/23/2025:around 2pm. I order only a side of the red beans and rice. It was very flavorful. And I will be back. My only small complaint is the beans to rice ratio. It’s not a bad complaint I just like beans more than I like rice.
