Very cozy Americans vibe. Food was delicious with southern influences. Definitely a Carolina feel to the food.

LOVED this place! Such a fun vibe (all ages) and the food is great. They also had some gluten free options (fried green tomatoes, steak and burnt ends were all wonderful). The Salty Dog mocktail was excellent too. So glad we stopped by.

The vibes are amazing – such highly curated art and seating from intimate booths to living room sofas and chairs. There’s tons of varied seating up front and then more tables and a wraparound bar in the back. It feels like a cozy 70s basement bar in Greenpoint.
Then there’s the food, omg. We tried the deviled eggs, fried chicken, brisket nachos, fries, and kale salad. All were 10/10. And cocktails were also delish.
Fave new place and will seek it out at all costs any time I’m upstate.

Interesting of the beaten path restaurant and bar. The casual atmosphere was the first thing I noticed.
With a well rounded out bar selection and menu it would be hard not to find something to satisfy.
We started with hush puppies and salads. Mains included fried chicken, blackened catfish and fried catfish po boy.

Great eatery with an eclectic, quirky decor and youth atmosphere! The music was great and not too loud. Huge indoor main section with many sofas offered for seating. They need to add or offer small pillows so that one’s back can be supported when actually dining since the table is further away. Food was great and well seasoned. Especially the French fries. The only item that needed some help were the hard brussel sprouts in the Hokey Bowl that was otherwise delicious. Would definitely return as they welcomed our small grandson and had a highchair readily available. He loved the chicken nuggets, music and the large disco ball we sat next to.

We were staying in the area for a mini vacation and found this spot, and are so glad we did! The vibe and ambiance is so so sweet (my favorite parts were the sofas and comfy chair seating, the plants and the lights), the staff were friendly and the food was delicious! We would come back anytime!

Darlings was exactly what I was hoping it would be and more. The food was BOMB. We got the burger and the chicken sandwich. The fries were perfect and the dipping sauce was so good. I loved the atmosphere – vibes were immaculate.
