Food was good and the server was very attentive. But why did they try and seat us at the back table near the back door, and it wasn’t crowded?! Since we were the only African American patrons in the restaurant, I took it personally. Maybe wasn’t meant that way, but Dads Cafe, be aware of the visual aesthetics.

We keep hearing about Dad’s Cafe, so finally decided to try eating here. The menu looked like average fare with fair prices. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and had avocado added. It was pretty good, not stellar, and not much of a portion. It came with a choice of hash browns or potatoes, and we chose potatoes — they were just alright.

We ordered the eggs benedict. It was really good. Came with hash browns that were really good. Nice and crispy just how I like them. They will make them just how you like them. This spot has had a few different restaurants over the years and so far this is the best one! I recommend you give it a try!
