Sweet, old-fashioned, Midwest ice cream biz. Lots of outdoor seating. Perfect location on the river and next to a bike trail, with a playground for little kids a stone’s throw away. Very creative sundae flavors. I got the pina colada with pineapple and coconut over vanilla soft serve. Super yummy!

It appeared that we was not given the hard ice cream for the hard ice cream shake . What appeared we was given was soft serve ice cream a green dye added with a chocolate dust or powered of chocolate added, their was no thickness to the shake we tried to freeze what they serve us it’s been 3 hrs in the freezer it’s no harding for $6 a shake save your money. This place is blown out the ice cream is good but you want to go to a really good Dar Ripple you go to the one in Beloit South Beloit that place is like heaven it’s a lot cleaner the atmosphere you can’t beat it check out the one in South Beloit Google and look at the picture of the place they got flowers picnic benches all kinds of seating you can really have a good time with your family there check it out

I could eat here everyday. The soft serve ice cream is the best I ever had and I search out many ice cream places around the area. Being alongside the river and a park area makes for a great area to eat and walk/play.

Lots of choices and the prices weren’t bad, portions are a good size. Service was quick but not friendly, could be because it was so busy. The biggest fault with this place is that there is no menu (ice cream flavors listed) or prices listed outside, I had to ask if they could do a sundae and after we ordered we just handed over a credit card. My only complaint is that I asked for whip cream and a cherry and didn’t get it.
