First time visiting and had a takeaway. Great deal with 20% off a £25 spend.
I have to say that the veg pakora with the classic pink sauce was perfect, and a huge portion. The spiced ones were the best I have tasted and the roasted poppadom was delicious…much tastier than regular fried ones.
My main course of chicken tikka chasni was tasty. Plenty of vibrant sauce, maybe not quite so much chicken, but it was enough. While the meal was good, I felt it maybe lacked a little depth of flavour and reminded me of condensed tomato soup for some reason. That said, I scoffed the lot! The rice was cooked well, but had a wee aniseed taste which isn’t my favourite. Peshwari naan was a good, big size, but was a little “sweaty” and the sweet filling inside was a little lacking in flavour.
Really glad to have tried Darbar Heights and I hope it remains as a staple on the Hamiltion Indian restaurant scene. Will be back. Thanks to the team.

These guys are doing a great job. The food was good value and very tasty and they are really making an effort. Great care taken and the place was really warm. There are some unusual items on the menu that they were kind enough to point out.

Had a take away 6.2.26. Best chicken tikka i have tasted very nice full favour. The piliia rice was ok. Nan bread was tasty. Spicy onions were amazing full of flavour and occupied nicely with poppadoms. Korma sauce was very bland quite watery not much taste to it. Did enjoy my meal.

Me and my daughter went for lunch I got the honey chicken for stater and she got mix pakora I got chicken Ceylonese Bailey korma my daughter. Got Karachi paneer it was amazing chicken and as really soft

The staff were welcoming upon collection. The chili Momos were amazing. Portion sizes suberb and words can’t describe how fresh and flavourful the curries were. We will be back to sit in after dry January and enjoy a couple of pints. 10/10.
