Went to the Danny’s on Ejido and there was only us and 2 tables with 5 waitresses and the girl messed up the order and was bring our plates separately.because she forgot to put the order in correctly. It was only 2 of us and we ordered the same plate and still forgot to put it correctly. First and last time I go here. I do not recommended.

Time it took to get our food was fine. Didn’t take long. But the service was bad, girl never offered to bring a refill or even bothered to ask if we wanted the check. Left our food and disappeared. And none of the staff members even smiled at any point or greeted.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. On top of that, the food was cold when it arrived, and both the beans and rice lacked any seasoning or flavor and cold. The flour tortillas were hard and stale, making the meal even more unpleasant. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfying dining experience that I would not recommend to others.

We went to eat today on Black Friday and it was 9:23pm and the lady closed the door even though she saw us getting out of the truck … why do they close like 40 min before 10pm … this is the second time it happens to us last time the manager on duty said they were closing early due to cleaning the kitchen … I don’t think it’s ok to close restaurants before time … or maybe the owner is not aware of this … if they want to close at 9pm or 9:30PM they should change the closing time

The personal are just waiting for the customer to finish and give you the ticket so you can pay. My wife and me love to eat and talk a little but the waiter are asking you need something else and I’m drinking my coffee they other waiter comes and said the same thing need something else. Sorry for them.

We got there it was a hot day they gave us a booth where we were to uncomfortable but stayed we waited for our waitress she came and we believed we would get a cold glass of water before asking us what we wanted.i live in San Antonio and waitresses greet you with a nice cold glass of water because of weather.poor observation on there part.
