Haven’t been to a BK in ages but wanted to try the schoom burger so we stopped by. First off the restaurant was incredibly clean! We thought it was a new location but the cashier said it was 10.years old! Wow it looks fabulous, kudos and well done to this location’s management and staff! The shroom burger was a bit of a disappointment as the toasted bread was soft and limp, but burger itself was delicious with the nice char too. Spicy chicken sandwiches was ok but again a little soggy. The frozen onion rings were perfectly done and crispy. Love the rings sauce too! Cool soda machine. I think this is one of the best burger kings around! The manager or Cashier was super nice and helpful!

Pulled up and no one was in the drove through lane. It’s why i chose BK, no wait. I pull up and was told to hold on. Took the guy 4 minutes to come back on to take my order. I had to repeat my order, pulled up to pay and had to ask for a receipt. The cashier said nothing to me, grabbed my card, shut the window, ran my card, opened the window and handed it.back, not a single word or a thank you. Pulled up to get my food and was served the wrong drink. Now remember, there wasn’t another soul in the drive through or inside ordering. After i got the correct drink, I was told to pull around the building and waited another 7 minutes. The food wasn’t even fresh or hot. I ordered 2 medium fries, one fry wasn’t even full and the ither was tipped over in the bag. I won’t be going back, and hope whoever owns this franchise gets their act together.

I go through the drive through to get a quick bite as I’m in a hurry, order onion rings and chicken fries and I get 3 medium fries, and a smaller order of of chicken fries than I paid for, go to another Burger King as these guys clearly do not care. Mind you the drive though was empty other then me.

Came in yesterday after going to skate city.
We stopped and went through the drive, though, and got a whopper med combo, whopper Jr., and chicken fries. Wait, it wasn’t long, and we went across the street to eat.
Everything was fresh and good except for the chicken fries.
We drove back through the drive thru, let the know, and the staff was more than friendly and willing to replace. Despite the inconvenience, it was good!

My Daughter wanted Burger King so we decided to stop wasn’t no one in the lobby or the drive-thru. I pulled up & parked I thought I ran over something in the parking lot, my Daughter went on inside the restaurant while I checked my tires. When I went inside the Restaurant my Daughter was still at the register waiting for someone to take her order, the lady worker turned around looked my Daughter up & down, did not open her mouth & say anything she was fixing an order of fries. The ONLY thing that kept me from cursing her was my Daughter. Yes we are middle class African Americans & work for our money so don’t look down on us. I see why your Restaurant was empty & it is going to continue to be that way. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING

Regularly visit the Drive-Thru for a meatless burger, the best I have found locally. It’s a challenge to find a quality meatless burger in the Midwest, and this Burger King does a great job. Wish they would MARKET it! There may be others who would enjoy if only they knew it’s available!

Out of all the Burger Kings, I have ate at this one’s the best. The restaurant is always clean and super workers. It has it’s moments like all fast food. When the family’s in the mood for hamburgers this is our go to place.

DISGUSTED!!! I took my children to BK in The Legends shopping area. We ordered the 2 for $10 Qtr Pounder meals. My son (a 10 y/o football player) scarfed his down in a matter of a couple minutes. My daughter, however, ALWAYS disassembles her food to investigate it. This normally gets under my skin, except this time A FRIED BUG WAS UNDER THE BOTTOM BUN OF HER SANDWICH!!! WE WERE DISGUSTED!!! She’s already a picky eater so needless to say, she didn’t eat dinner from anywhere that night. I took the meal back and the manager was very apologetic, but did not seem surprised whatsoever. That made me more sick. She offered a refund and to make my daughter something different, but we will NEVER eat there again. I’ve worked in FF and all restaurants are alloted a certain amount of the inevitable nasties, but to have her react in such a normal way…
