I’ve been eating Italian Hoagies for most of my life. Freddie’s, Paul’s, Danny’s, Danny Jr’s, Foxes on Mt. Washingington, Primanti brothers downtown … Just to name a few. I preferred Danny Jr’s in 84 Pa., and I would drive out there from Bethel Park just for that great Hoagie.
Back in December 2025, my family and I were driving in from Ohio to visit family and couldn’t wait to taste that wonderful Hoagie and pizza. For some reason, the hoagie recipe was changed. I took one bite and could not take another. It was so greasy it sopped completely thru the bread and took away from all the wonderful flavors that should be in an Italian Hoagie. Please go back to the original recipe.

Eaten here a few times since it’s close by. Ive tried to support it since it’s a local business, however, I can’t any longer. Over $22 for a medium pizza. I’ll stick to Dominos for $7

I just finished eating a delivery order from my neighbor out here in 84…Danny Jr’s. I’ve been ordering and eating there for years and I really enjoy the food here…but tonight was way over the top!!!.. A Stromboli that was BURSTING with meat and cheese along with a side of zucchini strips….both cooked to perfection! Best order yet from Danny Jr’s!!!

Delicious! This is definitely my new go-to pizza place. Came here by chance and I’m so glad I did. Love the texture and so much flavor! Staff is polite. Not much in the way of indoor seating though. Definitely more of a delivery/take out place. Really like the barbecue chicken pizza
