Heard positive things about this place and decided to give them a try. The atmosphere was ok. They had lots of Halloween decorations which I personally felt was tacky. We ordered two appetizers (zucchini sticks and feta bruschetta) which were both tasty. I had the personal sized Chicago style deep dish pizza which was very good. It’s more doughy than authentic Chicago pizza with a darker sauce but tasty nonetheless. My wife had the chicken alfredo which she enjoyed. Service was friendly and accommodating.

What a great place. I am from out of town and this place was recommended to me. It is Christmas season and they decorated to the hilt! So fun and festive, even the drink/food specials are holiday themed. Ordered to go and enjoyed a beer at the bar while waiting. Tenders are flavorful and juicy, Hot Garlic Parm sauce is YUMMY and fries were extra crisp. Cleveleander pizza was great with lots of peppperoni. If in town again would definitely return.

We an a fantastic experience at Danny Boys in Sandusky! The food was delicious, the service was great, and this restaurant has a nice atmosphere. My husband ordered Chicken Alfredo and loved it! I had rigatoni with marinara and it was fantastic, and to top it off we ordered breadsticks they were tasty, but very filling! Each meal comes with a breadstick, so we could have not ordered them as an appetizer and still had plenty of food. Must try if you’re in the area and love Italian food!

Had great service, great food. We had 2 small pies the honey bee and a deep dish double pepperoni extra cheese. The cheese was good quality with a nice pull, the pepperoni was the small cut nicely cupped and crisped style, and the crust was great. The sauce had full robust flavor with good seasoning. The mozzarella planks as they called them were more of a stick and were placed in sauce and brought out. They were very good but would prefer them not placed in sauce so they dont become soggy. Overall wish they were closer so we could eat them more often.

Weekend away at Kalahari and I found Danny Boys on google maps close by. We stopped in for dinner our first night in town and it did not disappoint! Quick service once we walked thru the doors. Friendly staff, delicious food, festive atmosphere. We ordered, chicken tenders with fries and 2 different build your own pastas. One spaghetti with meat sauce & meatballs the other was penne with Alfredo sauce, blackened chix and Italian sausage. We left their stuffed and at a great price. Will definitely go back when we are back in the area.

I ordered a couple pizzas from them on a Friday night. I just didn’t feel like cooking after working a 10 hour day and driving 3 hours straight. Thier pizza is pricey but very good in flavor. Not sure how it is warmed up yet, but 3 of us could not finish 2 medium 13 inch pizzas. Only thing I disliked was the menu on the website said it was $24 per pizza and I was charged $50. Just so you know if the website price doesn’t match, I don’t tip for a to go order. Updated websites help people not be surprised….

Took our daughter and son in law out for her birthday today. Danny Boys always provides great food, a fun atmosphere and excellent service. Ken took good care of us keeping our drinks full and answering any questions while allowing us to take our time to work through the menu. I got the special for $12.99, my wife got the Greek salad with chicken and both our guests got the Boss Woogie. We were all pleasantly full and the food was hot and tasty. It didn’t take long either. Great place to eat!!

Stopped at Danny Boys – Sandusky on the way home to Michigan and the food did not disappoint.
The breadsticks were fluffy and crispy. They tasted amazing.
Also, ordered pizza nothing special just a bacon and pepperoni pizza but wow, it was packed with flavor. I would highly recommend this place for superb food and service. Only bad thing is there is not one close as that is how great this place is.
