First time trying D’Angelo, The food tastes pretty good its a little on the more expensive side. I unwrapped my sandwiches and they were very greasy and sloppy. Everything tasted good Everything looked fresh. What got me to visit the restaurant was the Mobile deal. It was a Bogo Sandwich So I picked teriyaki and chipotle Burger. The Customer Service was alright I felt a little rushed maybe friendliness could be improved on. The store seemed clean and maybe a few crumbs here and there. Not a bad first experience.

The only thing disappointing about this place, is that nobody told me about them before today. I walked in, was greeted with a smile, when I told the gentleman behind the counter that I had never been here before he started making suggestions. I picked my sandwich, made a small modification which I heard him make sure to tell the person cooking, then the sandwich came out in maybe 3-4 minutes. I had the koreian bbq steak and cheese sandwich and let me tell you right now, it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Stop in and have a bite, you won’t regret it.

Took too bites of this it just basically all wrap. I was really craving a chicken Caesar wrap from here. They use to be big and filled with lettuce and dressing and this was half the size basically no dressing or lettuce. It was suppose to be a large too. Worst wrap I’ve ever had, waste of money. I’ve never even left a review for something before. But it was very disappointing.

Order #40766782573068290 did not arrive, placed today, 1/7. When I called the location in Groton, CT, I was given a runaround, referred to Grubhub whom did not even deliver order. A second call was made, advised restaurant needs to refund, a request supposedly made to refund, however, no confirmation received.. please note, this is second non-receipt of items issue with this location, a previous order was placed, when I arrived at location, items were already picked up by someone else, a chargeback was filed to obtain refund

Russ is a horrible manager honestly shouldn’t have that position or take some serious training & a Zanny. He’s very rude to customers and unprofessional. I have screenshots that show I called one minute from my order time & he said you need to call faster we had it on the grill he never did research on the situation. I have to admit this first, I don’t do hot sandwiches. So a review of a local favorite for their hot sandwich from someone who ordered the Italian is obviously gonna have a bit of a bias. That being said, I liked the Italian. The bread was perfect, all the ingredients were fresh. When I asked for extra pickles they completely delivered.
