Gail and Shante are awesome!! Both are very professional and personable. Both will answer any question you have. I highly recommend chicken teriyaki rice bowl cooked by Gail. This location is always clean and napkins are always available. Food is amazing!! Atmosphere is professional–everyone acknowledges customers waiting to place order.

The 648 Pleasant street Brockton Ma location is one of the best locations to go to. The resturant is always very clean the staff are always busy not just standing around. Food has always been on point and on time. If you are craving D’Angelo this location is worth the drive. If you see the manager Gail say “Hi” she’s such a sweet person who give her all to her D’angelo’s home and it shows. Thank you Gail and her team for giving customers a nice place to go to.

Ordered a large lobster roll for $34.99. This is what I got. Smooshed and a sad amount of lobster. Called the restaurant, no one cares. Very very sad considering all other lobster rolls from other places in the area are far superior. Never again. Whoever is the decision maker in the weighed amount of lobster given per sandwich size needs to visit other restaurants in the area to see what a real lobster roll at this price point looks like.

We stopped in Brockton, Massachusetts and came across D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches at 648 Pleasant Street (Route 27). It was our first time trying this chain, and we were pleasantly surprised.
Jaime took our order at the counter and was very friendly and welcoming. My wife ordered a small Thanksgiving toasted sub and really enjoyed it—the turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy were flavorful and unique. The gravy was a little thin, but the taste made up for it. I ordered a Southwestern Chicken Bowl, which had everything you’d expect in a sub roll served in a bowl. That option was a great surprise, and the flavors hit perfectly.
I also liked how they served the clam chowder first, then brought out our meals hot off the grill. The two people working the grill did a great job. The service felt personal and attentive, not what you always expect from a franchise restaurant.
As visitors from out of state, we didn’t realize D’Angelo was a Massachusetts chain, but it turned out to be a really nice dinner stop for us.

Food was absolutely delicious, steaming hot chicken #9 just the way I like it! Service was like non other, sandwiches delivered to the table with a big smile. Everyone that works here is extremely pleasant, greets you with a smile, and waves goodbye. The tables are extremely clean as well as the bathrooms, napkin/condiment area is well stocked, and the music is pleasant
